Yeah I spotted that. A quick review of the specs and that's it. I managed to do that comparison myself. Just got 23% off a K3 so it makes no odds but still.....
Im wondering if anyone has any experience on the standard lance on K3 vs Multi power jet MP145 lance?? Is it worth getting an mp145? or is what you get in the K3 sufficient enough?IS there a noticable difference?
Do you have tested attached the pressure meter gauge ? why my brand new karcher k2 only getting 70-80 bar pressure max ? It can still clean a car just fine like a normal pressure washer would, but i'm worry if i got a defect product because it's way under pressure on the gauge.. my gauge is accurate because it got a correct reading when i tested on my gasoline pressure washer.
Are you on about the k2 as this has a working pressure of 80 bar, make sure that there are no restrictions in the hose ie hose check valves or aqua stops etc otherwise this reduces flow
Hi, How long will it take to wash a car properly with Karcher K2? I heard that the machine does heat up if you run it continuously for more than 20 minutes.
Depending on how you wash you car and size of car, check out my car washing video you wouldn’t be continuously using the pressure washer without stoping for more that 10 mins probably no more than 5mins at a time, but it is one of the reasons I recommend going for k4 upwards as the have a water cooled pump
@@RichManPoorTech Thanks. I ordered K2 because I got it for a deal price from amazon. Also, since I often use my motorcycle instead I only have to wash my car once a month. So I guess the heating issue won't affect me that much. Anyway thank you very much for replying.
Perhaps im wrong, but i looked in the manual of that K2 compact, i cant seem to find max working time. I thought they all had water-cooled engines, i would presume they would state max operation time in their manual if so.
to be honest i've had 7 karcher (all still working) and 3 non karcher (all not working) and have used others, i've never looked at the manual of the k2, but i have been told that the k4 up have water cooled pumps and the k2 and k3 had air cooled pumps
@@RichManPoorTech yeah correct, though I believe some K3 do have water cooled. However I was checking some Spanish channel about fixing a Kärcher, he showed the manual and that actually did state. Don't use longer than 15 minutes at a time. Since it's air cooled it over heats fast
@@RomboutVersluijs remember that is continuous, and when your washing something like the windows on your house or your car for instance you have natural breaks for example to move to another window, or to move the machine around the car, to wait for snow foam to work or to do the hand contact wash as shown in this video th-cam.com/video/H6eDRQNxi98/w-d-xo.html
@@RichManPoorTech Yes i understand, still i dont think ill overdue it. Im will try to keep usage minimized and dnot do long runs. Thanks for the link! Still think they should update manuals and also show it in all models which are air-cooled. Its seems older models did have it stated.
I came here to find out how to remove the high-pressure hose from my K3 as it wasn't clear in the manual, and you delivered. Thank you!
Thanks for your comment I’m glad it helped
Where is K3 in the review?
lol

K3 is way better, I just used it full on for a straight 3 hours and it was awesome. Well recommended
Thank you for your comment, I have some of the attachments coming up in spring time.
Is the size same k2 k3 as i have storage problems.
So when you say K3 is better, do we assume you also used the K2 before?
Of course it is better. K3 is water cooled.
K2 compact or control? Are there any differences in power or usage time?
Power flow etc is all the same just case goes etc that is different

Can k3 remove grease from pipes?

Hi, how long can the K2 continously run for ?.... as it is not water cooled
not sure of any specified time, you would be ok washing cars etc
@@RichManPoorTech thanks much !
Would this be okay for use 1 time a year on just a small area of concrete slab and small Wall
It’s fine for small areas, car etc, you just spend more time than you would with a more powerful version
Okay no problems, I might get a nilfisk one or spear and Jackson one
Keep reviewing dude! love your reviews!
Glad you like them! i have some smart home tech you may like coming up soon
Good review explained everything very well.

Great video. Thank you mate

I have a k2 and i wanted to upgrade the hose does it fit?
Where was the comparison with the K3?!? That was the whole point of me watching the video 😖

Plenty of power for an electric.
