this is a verry nice Demo i have this speakers and they are great for live music or music from a DJ Thank you for your time and your explain everything nice and really this speakers is only 22 kg
The NXL 24 (array) has my eye. Since you have heard both, how do you think compares? Totally different speaker, but overall, in terms of sound and spl?
I am a fan of the NXL24 for the output and size and how the system can easily double up and still sound great, that is tough to do with 2 speakers side by side splayed. Sound wise you will be amazed with the NXL24's
you can try, but to get decent low end, you will need subwoofers, you can over drive low end on these and damage them trying to get them to do what a subwoofer should be doing.
Going to need subs with HD45's , maybe not with ES1203, but the ES1203 is a LF driver that does double duty as a LF driver and quasi subwoofer, it is not a dedicated subwoofer. You will get better low end with a dedicated sub, but depends on your mission and what you are looking to accomplish and type and size of events. More info is needed.
Hi, I'm thinking about buying either HD35-A or HD32-A mk4 speakers.Which one do you recomend for live band.Is there big difference in sound between HDM45-A and HD35-A?
I would go with the HDM45's if you can swing it ... amazing sound, my next choice would be the HD35's for live band ... the lower crossover point of the HDM45 is smooth and for vocals allows to really punch thru.
This seems like a newer version of the EV ZXA5. Which of those two speakers do you like better? if you have heard both. I have the Zxa5's. And they are great... they just get hot.
Brian - i have not heard the EV speakers. .. but the EV are not even close to the HDM45, this speaker is in a league of its own. 1100WRMS, EV does not give RMS power, so who know what the heck they are telling you. I doubt EV is 1100WRMS power. The HF driver on the EV is pathetic compared to the flagship 4" driver of the RCF HDM45. The cross over for the EV is 1500, so SMALL HF driver vs. LARGE HF driver of the HDM45 which is crossed over at 650hz for the smoothest sound you will ever hear from a 15" 2 way speaker. Glad you like your EV's but the HDM45A will kill them hands down.
Hello great video. On the digital volume display how would you know when the volume is turned all the way down? The digital volume has me a bit confused ... thanks
it is a rotary encorder there is no "stop" on it. so setting to "0" is wide open. the encorder turns and you watch what the display reads out, turn until your hearts content....
between the NXL and the IG speakers, weight is the big difference , IG is much lighter. Mackie does not even come close to HDM45... and not a huge fan of the EV line up. If weight of the tops is not a factor for you, you will like the sound from the NXL24's better, but you will need to use with a subwoofer to get the full range sound from a system.
Another reviewer has said they're effectively TT25's in a plastic box, or at least damn close. Can you speak to this? Thanks for all the great reviews!
NO, not quite a TT25, this has a stamped frame, TT uses cast for durability, they would not be putting that in this model at this price point. The amp is not TT quality either. It may be close to looking like TT but it is not. More like the ART with RD NET is a better more realistic comparison. I like the HD line for the full grille used on them. If they said like a TT, they don't know the RCF line very well at all.
How does this compare to the RCF 745 mk 4's and the NX 45's? I need some powered speakers and don't know which way to go. Looking at the JBL 815p's also.
The ART 745, NX45 and HDM45 are similar in design and drivers, etc.The HDM45 has more power than the other 2 with RD NET, you will get a lot more for you $$$ spent on RCF than with JBL, there all you get is a name. If weight is the issue ART or HDM 745 or 45 is the way to go IMO
@@trinityprosound I am looking at purchasing a powered system for my band. I am currently using JBL SRX 715 tops and SR4719X dual 18 bottoms all powered by iTechs. This combination has worked fine for several years. The early powered stuff would not come close to that performance so I have waited. I believe that there are products on the market now. My issue is that everyone that does reviews only use compressed music like DJ's use. Lots of systems can sound good when pumping compressed music through them! What about a good old kick drum and bass guitar??? We all absolutely love your reviews by the way! My decision is to go with RCF but they have so many choices which makes it little difficult. I recently saw another review of the HDM45A vs the TT 25-A II which the reviewer stated that they were similar in output, but gave a slight edge in sound quality to the TT 25-A II and is it worth another $1,000 more. When he paired them both with a sub, he then stated that that is where the TT came alive and was head and shoulders above the HDM. I am a buy-once cry-once kind of guy sooo...
The HDM45 is a great box, but nothing in the RCF line compares to the TT. But the HDM and TT25 are not the same. The TT25 has premium drivers, amp and wood box , tour level construction. Is it worth the extra bucks in a buy once cry once scenario, YES. You will love the sound of the TT boxes and when coupled with a comparable sub such as the 8004 or the new TTS18AMk2 you will find it takes less boxes to do what your current system is doing. BTW only about a $700 difference between the boxes... and for the additional $$$ you get a lot more quality
@@trinityprosound Hmmm... I'm sold...I think... My band is pushing me towards being more compact as well. Is there such a thing a a single 18" box that is equal to my old dual 18" JBL SR4719X's powered by iTech 8000s?
Has more power and more features, BUT it is injection plastic box vs. wood from NX, NX has 700WRMS HDM45 has 1100WRMS and RD NET, and is lighter in weight.

Good product preview and breakdown vid. very informative, i invested in the HDM35A tops and they sound phenomenal
Been waiting for this one 😊
I was wondering between nx45a and hdm45. Which one do you think is better. please
What is you application for the speakers, how are you using them DJ or live music ?
Good chanel vidio riview and unboxing about sound system , we fans you from indonesia , Keep Upload !! Thank you Ser 🙏

With the ART745A MK4 at $1599 and this HDM45A at $1799, what are the main differences between them? is the more expensive the better sounding one?
More power and more features for the HDM45A
trinityprosound do you think that I could get away without using a sub with these?
you can try, but to get decent low end, you will need subwoofers, you can over drive low end on these and damage them trying to get them to do what a subwoofer should be doing.
Rcf Hd45a without sub vs db es1203 which one is overall better buy? Also louder output

Wonder what x max on that driver is? Heard some faital pro drivers wow! Looks same 4ohm driver as 745a is it?
Probably not as big or large of a number you think, since it is not doing SUBWOOFER duty, the xmax does not have to be that great in a 2 way box.
Art745a vs nx45a vs hdm45a ? What would u reccomend ? Price is not much different in my country. Thanks
IMO Get the HDM45, buy once cry once...more power , more features
@@trinityprosound thanks for reply. Not much bigger price. U think sound quality is the best ? I woud buy lets say hdm45 and latter add 2 subwoofers.
for low end you WILL need subs

The zxa5 does give its rms it’s 1250 rms
Hello great video. On the digital volume display how would you know when the volume is turned all the way down? The digital volume has me a bit confused ... thanks
The "0" is all the way up, then goes down to around -50dB on the rotary encoder. comes from the factory wide open at "0"
@@trinityprosound so 0 is the highest volume or is it just 12 o clock like other speakers with knobs not digital
it is a rotary encorder there is no "stop" on it. so setting to "0" is wide open. the encorder turns and you watch what the display reads out, turn until your hearts content....
Nice 👍
