For that sunrise trip I was hoping for an intense cloud inversion and a beautiful sunrise beyond the fire tower, but because of the wildfire haze reaching down into Appalachia, it was not very vibrant. The AI enhancements took the photo closer to the photo I had first envisioned. If you ever want to explore fire towers down in the states, hit met up! They're awesome for photography!
This isn't photography anymore, and I don't know how people can disagree with that. That doesn't mean it's bad, but it's more like graphic design in my mind. It can't really be called photography anymore than a painting can be called photography
10:50 is almost the perfect example of right human intervention or art direction. As original, was just a regular photo, but then, every part recreated plus the color grade, mada it a great shot that was "Too good to be real" in some parts. Let's keep the faith in the human side of things!

Would love to see an episode where you try and guess processed, but real vs faked/altered. I think that would be even more interesting than picking out the individual changes.

Your commentary at the very end there Peter - I'm just thinking the whole time. You are already set up for an epic 'background explosion' with an old pinball machine. Use the old jackpot sounds and flashing strobes as inspiration. Perhaps if you can beat the AI. :) Had I seen the call for entries sooner this would have been a lot of fun to submit too! next time.
This is actually an awesome concept for videos, you could even turn it into a game show between players and have them edit a photo like this and people try to guess what each other have modified.
At first I hated it, but it's fun to work with this KI. It's always like this prank photoshopper where you wish something, but most of what you get is just weird and funny 😂
I really liked this concept. However, it seemed like with most of the photos it was a complete guess... so PS GF is that good. However, there were some "tells", the reflection of the trees in the water, some of the skies, the lion. I think it would be interesting to take more time trying to find some of the "tells". We would learn more about what PS GF is good at and what it isn't. Keep the vids coming!! Well done.
Off topic, but how do you think you would shoot differently if you put an extremely small SD card into a modern digital camera? Would it force you to take more time with each shot? Possibly mimic (in a small way) the feeling of shooting on film?

Nice! Quick question: I am looking into beginning my journey as a Hybrid shooter (professional: Some weddings, videos and portrait pictures). Besides the fact of the lack of 2 card slots, would you consider this a6700 could be used as a beginning camera for professional work (Quality to do the job). looking into new cameras below $1,500's : Canon R8 & R7, Sony A6700, A7iii & Lumix S5 (In the future I can upgrade to a more "Pro" camera and this could become my "B-Cam").
I would love to see different version so that Peter will have more time and possibility to zoom in, It would be interesting to see where he focus when trying to spot the not real spots.
