    This is something us mere mortals can only dream of. I'm lucky to even get my car in the garage, there is 2 inches between the door and the spoiler !

    If this is his wash bay, I can't imagine how his garage will be... I'm in love with the professionalism and organization of all his equipment.

    Matt I'd just like to take a moment to say I follow your videos with intent, I'm a great believer in "It's better to spend a lot of time doing something right once than to spend a short amount of time doing it wrong many times" so it's a breath of fresh air to watch someone explain their process in detail.
    Anyways, keep doing what your doing..love your cars, love the new house, love the garage setup (I can only dream of such things haha) 👍🏼

    Hi Matt, regarding your Kranzle K165STS, I would get the copper pipe dialed in by either polishing it to a mirror shine and then clear coating it or give it a brushed look. This looks about perfect to me. Almost exactly what I want to do once my home loan closes. I got a 2 1/2 car garage to lay out. :D Gonna try to shoot for under $10k for the whole project, but there's not anything on the studs yet and some cracks in the concrete. I want daylight bulbs, a nice sound system (professional audio guy for a living) and a small fridge for some drinks and my waxes. 1064 sq ft house though, nothing like this. We'll see how it goes.

    I'm sure you have thought of this but why not enclose part of the lean to and put the gt3 in it for now so you don't have to worry about it until you build the garage? I'm glad to hear the color of the house and wash bay isn't your style, everytime I watch these videos I always pay attention to that yellow and how ugly the two colors are together. I actually have a product very similar to the rib trax in my show cattle clipping barn that I had bought second hand. I bought about 2000 sq ft of it for hardly anything and its been amazing I don't know why people wouldn't love it in a garage. When I build my new show barn I will definitely be buying the rubber trax to cover my entire clipping room to give some cushion while kneeling and standing for 8-10 hours at a time clipping cattle. Anyway your place does look top notch and can't wait to see your dream garage.

    i like it an i think duplicolor has a floor epoxy that would match the gt once you get that far just make sure you have some type of anti slip product mixed in an once you install the drains have you thought about doing a screen enclosure because living in Florida is nice and all but the pterodactyl will carry you away down here haha my personal opinion which should not by any means reflect yours but I think it would make the whole wash bay stand out more but also have a concealing look to it as for being able to still drive your car in you would probably have to have either sliding screens or aluminum framing with screen in it that would open outwards or run along a track close to either side wall hopefully my ideas leave you pondering in your mind and your wallet not to empty

    @obsessed garage two part question for you. Can you elaborate on the connection from your pressure washer to your boom? I see it go into the wall on the inside into what looks like a pass through. Is it just hose up through the attic looking space? 2nd, could there be a solution where you had a boom inside and out and your pressure washer could divert to one or the other? Considering for a very cold climate area where outdoor washing isn't feasible year round.

    • @ObsessedGarage
      @ObsessedGarage  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have a 3” PVC conduit running up the wall. Then I ran a 50’ pressure washer hose through it to the boom. You would simply need a high pressure valve to divert from one boom to the next.

  • @chrismay1a

    I did not realized you sell all this stuff.. have you ever tried hitting canadas market? lots of detailers up here but everytime we order from usa site we get screwed over on shipping and have to pay extra money at the door. you should open up a shop in Canada that sells stuff online

    • @ObsessedGarage
      @ObsessedGarage  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't sell all of it, but I probably will. I think there is a void in the market for the information that I seem to be wired to provide. International shipping will most likely be offered on most things. I'm still working on it.

    • @chrismay1a
      @chrismay1a 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      but what I meant was, have you thought about buying a space in Canada where you can get a building and ship from there? that way people don't have not pay the taxes and duties? for example when I order from larry at ammonyc, my 500 dollar order when it came to the door the mail man charged me 90 dollars before he would give it to me.. shipping from inside Canada would avoid that and get you many more sales. I'm 23 years old live in bc Canada happy to help

    Is it not better to have like 5 washing mitts instead of the 2 bucked method? Your bucket will never have dirt on it! Just throw all of them in the washing machine after use!

    • @ObsessedGarage
      @ObsessedGarage  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      You could do that. Either way works.

    • @MultiTerpen
      @MultiTerpen 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Obsessed Garage you should take a close look at how your washing bucket looks like after a wash..

    • @ObsessedGarage
      @ObsessedGarage  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've seen these videos showing dirt in the bucket. What does dirt in the bucket have to do with anything? That's what soap is for. I have one simple philosophy. If my paint isn't scratched, what I'm doing must be working. There is no need to over complicate it.

    • @MultiTerpen
      @MultiTerpen 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Obsessed Garage Yea, but there is still not good that you have dirt in your wash bucket. You have a clean bucket to clean it. Also you dont need a bucket with my method, you just foam the car up a little bit

    I am so sorry to ask this question it may be stupid but I have to ask. Are the cabinets all on the floor or are they like 6 inches from the floor when you install them. Because at my house there is like a little step down that is about 1 1/2 feet wide and drops down about 2 inches and then the garage floor.

    • @ObsessedGarage
      @ObsessedGarage  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are floating. So they are mounted about 6" off the floor on the wall.

    Why not park the car in the trailer? Great videos!!

    • @ObsessedGarage
      @ObsessedGarage  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      The trailer must be hooked up to a truck and takes and hour or so to move the car in and out.

      you manage wealth? can you help me? I'm suck living pay check to pay check. I had a company that was doing well but than my landlord decided to sell the house I was renting and the new house I moved into does not have room for me to run my company, so I'm stuck working for a dealership instead making 13 an hour instead of 200-500 a day. every pay check I get its already spent -_-

      how am I suppose to get wealth when I'm stuck living pay check to pay check working my ass off so my boss can make his merc payment. I own my own detailing company but ran into bad luck and lost my space to detail so now I'm stuck working for close to min wage with no way of getting out. I am working 5 times harder than I was when I was running my own company and not even making a 10th of what I was making
