You have people who make beautiful show cars, and you have people who build really awesome performance cars not matter how ugly they get there.Different goals result in different shops and their layout/condition.

Also, I'd have a field day at Obsessed Garage's warehouse and house, while Tavarish's garage would stress me out after a few days because broken cars are broken and I wouldn't know how to fix some of them.

That first garage is so nice I would not even want it. I would not want to work on my car in it, I would not want to park a dirty car in it in fear of making it dirty. The 2nd garage was perfect, big enough for 3 cars wide and plenty of storage for tools and being able to move around comfortably.
As a Nissan Pulsar owner, I am here to cheer for one to be noticed. Even if it is a beat up base model... Mine is turbocharged and a heck of a lot more fun then the sohc 1.6L versions. The gears and gasoline guys have also entertained me quite a lot with the road trip videos they did, so I am happy this Pulsar spotting has come to pass.
I know I am a couple years late, but I would have solved VinWiki's Garage door problem. Each door would get a long L shaped bracket. The top of the L would be on the furthest part of the door on attached via a pin and then the lower portion of the L would face into the wall so the bar looks like a boomerang coming off the wall. At the bottom left of the L you would drill a hole and then mount the arm as if it was a door on a fixed hinge. Then put you a small hydraulic pump to push the lower base of the L, also on a pivot-able pin. This would allow the door to open with minimal force and short travel length of the hydraulic. This could be mounted at any height realistically.
Obsessed Garage is definitely the one I relate most to. When I get a house with a garage, that's what I want to strive to have. And then there's Tavarish

I don't know him personally, I don't follow him on social media, I don't follow him on youtube, I'm not subscribed to his channel, I've only seen a few of his videos that have come across my screen as suggestions. In this video he said he was diagnosed with ocd, obsessive compulsive disorder. He did not say he diagnosed himself or that the google search results of why he keeps things clean and in order came back with him having ocd. I just found that interesting because I did not know that about him and felt I would put that in my comment. If he doesn't have ocd, which you obviously strongly believe he doesn't, than oh well. No big deal, I don't care. I will be able to hold myself together and go on about my life.
