Hey Spawn, one big criticism I have with these spawn wave plays. Is you seem to really push on doing a review of the whole game yet you only play 1 or 2 levels in the game and then assume the rest of the criticisms. If its a first impressions it should probably stay like that, i dunno. Making conjectures on the games length, the depth of combat, platforming etc. So early just seems like it would skew some peoples opinions on it for better or worse. Maybe its just me it just seems like it could be unfsir to some games that may for example have a slow start as most games often do.

This game looks beautiful, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of NPC's. I see there are a few here and there, but the town seems so barren without other characters in the background to fill out the town a little. Idk, small gripe. It wont' keep me from checking out the game anyhow.

TheAlibabatree agree! only first party games are the ones that utilizes the ps4 controller features to the fullest, and even on that not all of them, people are still have a grudge on motion control stuff, until the VR stuff came to put faith in motion control again.... I guess.

I think the HD Rumble is not that new since in the end it's still just a rumble feature which devs are just gonna treat it like in any other platform, the vibration in the ps2 controller is more advanced and a lot better than the one on the ps1 controllers but no one actually cared about that. the XBONE controllers had vibration trigger buttons which it can vibrate when squeezed down like when shooting a gun in a FPS, but no one have give a damn about that.

I purchased it'll doo2 based off of your review where described it as a link to the past and I was sadly disappointed. It was a decent play, but I only played it because I bought it, had I demo'd it first I would have waited for a price drop or skipped it.
I wanted to like the game and I respect the cultural aspects to this game, but this is just not a good game. I ran into so many bugs and the game has crashed on me multiple times. On the last boss (whom was almost beaten), the boss decided to freeze on me and could not be beaten. This prompted me to quit the game, which I needed to progress through the level again. It was at that point that I deleted this game off the Switch. Not to mention the lack of a lock on mechanism, the crappy platforming, and bonkers camera add to the frustration. I honestly was very disappointed with the game.
I'm not one to normally pick out little things wrong or annoying about a game because we have enough critics in the gaming community... but... can we address the absolute bizarre shadow of the main character? Why does he have two separate shadows? It makes no sense and has my OCD all out of sorts haha. Overall a cool looking game but that has me genuinely confused haha?
Justin Watson it has the circle shadow underneath your character to help you with the platform aspects of the game. Basically it’s there for you to see where you are going to land during jumps.

When Google Chrome Sucks And You Use Microsoft Edge wrong. Just because it has polygons doesnt mske it the same at all. If that were the case basically every 3d game from 64 and gamecube generation looked the same.

the game has a photomode,where you get some info of the beast and in the menu you have a bestiary you can check aswell.

Sorry, it was just the first thing my eye went to. Normally I don't notice/care about such little things... But for some reason this one bugs me.

Anchor it serves a purpose, but I think just dropping the 'realistic' shadow completely or really lighten up/color the utility shadow would fix it.
