I've been running a very similar setup. Laser Cannon, Rover, Eagle Cluster Bombs and the 4th gets swapped in and out. I do love Orbital Laser though. Punisher has also been my go-to.
Nice loadout! I haven't tried it but apparently you can laser the armour on the back of the charger's leg and it deals a ton of damage. Something to test for sure!
