Pixie it's because in 0.97 u can only field 2 units of archers no matter what rarity until price increase so you would rather get versatile ones. And dorwinion only has 2 archer units
And also the orange shot elves. When they shoot there arrow splits into 3 arrows

The trebuchet got a massive accuracy increase and now is more accurate than the catapult but was reduced in ammo
Kinda breaks the emersion when the majority of the players do good v evil, but then 2 players had to go dorwinion and Cardolan in an evil V elf battle...

@Pixelated Apollo That lag you were getting around 23:30 onwards for a bit might well have been rangers firing somewhere. Something about their body piercing arrows shooting into blobs seems to cause spikes in lag.

Dorwinion is a province of the High Kingdom of Arnor and Gondor and after Arnor fell and Gondor lost a lot of its strength for a time Dorwinion became it's own sovereign state before Aragorn became king and basically reformed the High Kingdom from the ground up. And the Moroquendi are just dark elves as well as they're also known as the Avari which means the refusers in Quenya since they didn't go west into Beleriand an old continent at the bottom of the Belegar sea.
This is the craziest cast to date singing, ent croch, staring deep purple history lessons.

The lag is caused by the usage of ranger ammunition. Their arrows pierce multiple targets. Such as around 28:52

Apollo the reason why your frames dropped is because of the rangers. Rangers have body piercing ammo which goes right through people to cause more damage.

Also, the tidbit about purple being an expensive color, it's a pretty neat look into a minute detail of history. The reason why it was so expensive (at least in the Roman days) was because it was gathered from shells. Hundreds and thousands of shells would be needed to make enough dye for one toga, which was reserved for the Emperor and any Imperators returning from victorious conquests. So it was super, super rare in Rome's days due to the massive labor involved in the production process. Interesting, ain't it?
Edit: Oh I didn't get to the part when you talked about the snail shells. Seashells were also used, too.

17:30 main reason for elves to take the city and defend it would be to reduce the fronts from 3 to 2, just north and south.

About ent organs i think they have the same organs as normal trees because saruman told his uluk-hi to cut down the forest and knowing how big part of the forest was cut down in the end i can bet you 10 dolars they have burned or cut down some ents as well xd
