Nice build, thanks for the guide. I can't get the same talisman, but I can make do with a wex 2 with 2-2-2 slot, put 2 evade extender and 1 critical eye decorations. Only missing 1 level of intrepid heart. Which can be easily fixed with armor augmentation for an extra lv 1 slot.
Heads up your over capped on affinty. The way chaotic weapons work is you are locked at negative affinty untill you clear blood lust then the negative affinty gets added to the positive portion on top of bloodlust affinty. So you go from -20% to 30% + 20% from bloodlust for total 50%.
If you can afford to slot in an Embolden lvl 1, it can help you predict an attack that might cart you once you see the Embolden proc notification.. Helped me during Special Investigations too..
I have a similar build but no crit eye, and the numbers are abit higher. try doing the build with out it and go for more dmg talants, also powder mantle is OP with lbg :) play really well btw

@@panjismallvilleI don't think crit eye is so necessary since you have 50 affinity after overcoming frenzy (that requires few hits with rf pierce). You can also bring the palico for the further 30 affinity boost
@@sor_mar0151 hmmmm idk about the 50% affinity from overcoming frenzy status.... isn't lv1 bloodlust only give me 20% affinity for 60 sec? And does it stack with frenzied bloodlust? (I dont think they stack)
Hey, kinda new to the bowgun scene but I’m gonna assume elemental pierce is still better for their specific elemental weaknesses? Also assuming this would be the best choice for monsties with crap ele hitzones and crimson? Nice build either way?
Im not really sure for pierce elemental LBG, but i can imagine its good for monsters with high hitzone value. This build is very good for any monsters even the one that has low hitzone value, however i made a mistake of over crit in this build and im making another video rn that are more optimized.
@@panjismallville now that i think bout it, if i ever go sweaty elemental I’ll just use hbg due to setting sun being busted against monsters w large hitboxes. But for casual pierce raw lbg should do the job just fine. Thanks for the heads up!
