Well done. I have 1 too and am wondering have you ever seen anyone make the floor level all of the way across? Like a stand up with rigid bars. I need to get to the lake and look at mine ;-)
@@brendyngreiner3148 ok yeah, I’ve seen a couple of them but I don’t think it would be better in my opinion. Especially with the weight from all the glass work.
I have the jet pump tapped for dual cooling and the head. One line it off the head and the other is off the head pipe. I plan to have a separate video breaking everything down on how to do the dual cooling on the X2.
@@CoyoteChris ok i just didn’t see the outing for the dual cooling off the head, but hard to make out from that video. Excellent work though. I have a X2 as well. Live up in Calhoun, Ga
Genius on repurposing the fuel pump bracket for the primer. Love that! You may have inspired me to restore an X2 this winter.
Thanks for the compliment and watching my content. I hope it helps others with restoring their ski’s as well. 🤘🏼🔥
Badass to see a regular guy building vintage skis in his garage! I need to get on this level
Thank you, I do enjoy working on the old ski. 🤘🏼🔥
Ski looks great!
Thanks, hopefully I will get a video up next week with the graphics. 🤘🏼🔥
Great video as always, the X2 came out great!
Thanks, it looks even better with the graphics. That video should be up soon. 🤘🏼🔥
Just sitting down to watch this video and eat dinner! Thanks! Guessing this video will be EPIC! Cheers!
Hope it is 😂, thanks for watching.
What a cool ski! The colors set it off! Great build keep them coming
Thanks for the support, the color looks awesome with the graphics. That video should be up soon. 🤘🏼🔥

I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you are asking.
@@CoyoteChris he's referring to flat decking.. some do it to their x2's . Takes a ton of glass work and I am not sure of the benefit.
@@brendyngreiner3148 ok yeah, I’ve seen a couple of them but I don’t think it would be better in my opinion. Especially with the weight from all the glass work.
Looks great man. Did you use Cameron‘s scotch bright wheels on that aluminum from Pryme MX
No I use MAG aluminum polish and a polishing wheel.
is it possible to install the bilge pump without taking out the engine?
Yes but it will be very difficult. As you probably know how tight the hull is with the engine in. Give it a try and see if you can. 🤘🏼
Which dremel tool are you using?
Milwaukee M12 12V Lithium-Ion Cordless Rotary Tool.
Which brand do recommend for CDK2 rebuild kit?
I would go with the Genuine Keihin 38/40 OEM Rebuild Kit. I know it cost more than the rest but it’s worth it.
@@CoyoteChris do you have coyote Chris t shirts for sell or anything ? You’ve been rock solid on answering any questions I have.
@@FastFlash-dg2fc I’ve been considering maybe stickers or something but no not at the moment. 🤘🏼🔥. Thanks for the support of comments and views!
This was really cool Chris. My wife says picking up something like this would be a fun project for us. How did you find it?
Thanks and yes it has been a cool project. I found it a few counties over from where I live.
What is that second pisser line hooked to? I don’t see where you have dual cooling

@@0521chad Nice, yeah I actually got the ski not far from there. 🤘🏼🔥
