Thank you for being here. I so appreciate your words. Thank you for using the word "vulnerable" - my oh my years ago when I was in my early training with an African Shaman - I was given a word for the entire year that I had to work with - it was VULNERABLE! It was a big stepping stone for me. Even though I have always been highly sensitive person, intuitive empath, I had to learn to understand how "vulnerability" was beneficial, understand the tools and how beneficial vulnerability can be when in connection to the energy of love. Let's just say at first, I didn't want to - hahahaha. Eventually, I did. And I understood why the Shaman gifted that word to me for the year. It ened up being transformational. Then years later I was in Peru, while I was working with another Shaman - I had another heart awakening experience and understanding of how vulnerability can not only support you but also others - even greater way than I previously understood. The Shaman would say we are in a group experience but if one individual allows themselves to go deep into the heart to heal, this allows the group to also heal deeply. I saw that experience - of how individual and collective can work together in healing and it was life-changing. That Shaman had this incredible Divine Source Light Energy coming through him. It was one of the times when I have been in awe of "wow there are angels here on Earth." Jesus came in to add to it, to talk about holding sacred space for vulnerability with compassion and loving kindness - which allows shifting into heart and so much more benefits etc. So thank you for your words and recognizing - because it has been a part of my journey. Archangel Michael and Ganesha are so funny my gut and ribs cramp from laughing. I'm just learing to work with Jesus, Church paranoia kept me from hearing him well. There are some days lately when the energy shifts are so massive around where I live (Sacramento CA) that I have trouble moving through the 3D "mud" Archangel Michael holds me up and carries me until I have a chance to find my quiet time and re-ground. Pranayama, Mudras and chanting help me a lot also. Thank you so much for the Joy in this show. One more comment, the Illness Industry (Healthcare) is a lot like TV and the Military, asking you to sacrafice your very being to "help" others and follow orders, keep marching and 2:40:06 , so much Gaslighting going on. I'm on my Golden Path easing out of Healthcare, moving to where I belong.
thank you for sharing. The Guides always share with me how finding the humor and laughing is so beneficial. I woke up yesterday with Light Joy Glow from the sharing, connecting, the laughter, the inspiration and from the warm embrace from this community. I love that you are working with Jesus, Archangel Michael, and Ganesha as well and experiencing the humor. What you shared about how Archangel Michael holds you up and carries you until you can re-ground - that practice has been a saving Grace for my Human more than once. I am glad you found that incredible support tool. I am sorry you also experienced gaslighting...asking that Reiki (if you wish to receive is sent to you for your highest good to support you in healing any work PTSD. Say yes to receive it.) Or if you do the Dowsing clearing that was done in the show again, this Reiki send is now there for you. And Jesus, as an Ascended Master, was the one who guided me to Holy Fire Reiki. One of the chanting meditations I was guided to support healing Work PTSD was the Divine Shield Meditation for Protection and Positivity. (This meditation expands the aura using a mantra to activate the power of the Heart Center. This enables the compassion of the Universe to uplift you and creates a Divine Shield to accompany and protect you through the ups and downs of life. If you practice this meditation on a regular basis, it can eliminate the feeling of loneliness and separation from your soul.) It was one of the meditations I did for 90 days. It is still one of my go to meditations. I turn on Reiki before chanting - or you can ask The Guides (for the Highest Good) to clear negative energy (as you are chanting) and let Light fill in spaces for the Highest Good. You can also ask for rebalancing of chakras, reground, realign and shift from 3D to 5D if it is beneficial. If you do the meditation, notice how your tone frequency may change - if you have a strong chant in the beginning, then as things are clearing, all of a sudden you may lose your voice for a couple of seconds but if you keep going, something may clear and your voice comes back stronger than ever. Also it can feel different when you switch sides in the post - left side may feel different than right side - that can indicate imbalances being clear and reharmonzing the side. Also if there is any grief /sadness that is connected to tears that froze, you may find yourself also crying during it, releasing the frozen tears and letting the emotion be processed and to allow the shift as well. This could also be from past lives or even ancestry or even collective. Just keep using tools and wrap yourself on loving kindness. Humaning can be complicated yet also extraordinary and amazing. And shows like this, wayshowers like Christopher and you and communities like this can really help along the journey. And as Jesus said, brings more Light in. Much love, care, and gratitude, Henri

I am so Grateful for all the information you just gave me and will put it into practice. It feels amazing just reading/connecting to the information. I am a Super Empath according to Step Astrology, step 7 Pisces, step 26 Cancer and a stellium in Scorpio. It is a blessing and a curse, I am much better at sorting who's energy is who's and the why it's there. Guides help with the correct action for Peace and Healing for all beings involved.
Kali Ma came through clearly today with messages, I have a Kali Oracle Deck, pulled her card and was guided to focus in her Yantra (a geometric image creating a Cosmic portal to an aspect of Divine energy). I have Embraced that I am a Wayshower. I am a Home Health Physical Therapist. Lately, when I am in people's homes many patients and family members bring up things that show a need on a Spiritual level. I always go in a home with Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael and who ever else is guiding me that day. I am given the right thing to say to guide them to their own Guides in ways that they can accept. I have not had this issue come up as frequently as it does now, most since February/March of this year. Most of the Christians will open up when I tell them to call on Jesus and see Jesus as standing right with them helping them. Many are now open to Angelic Help. If they are open to more I guide them that way.

In 2012, he started "interrupting" my meditations with hilarious humor, even my sleep, so much that I'd get up and spontaneously write 3 pages of comedy material. I started doing stand-up until I mastered 8 LPMs (Laughs Per Minute)

Thank you for being here. I still say my prayers from childhood. 😀Also added a few along the way. Some of my favorite prayer affirmations are from The Game of Life by Florence Scovel Schinn. Also, have you heard of the Great Invocation by Alice Bailey? It is a High Positive Light Prayer - that you can say or send to the Guides to send back to you (and the Light Blessings are increased), or you can ask the Guides to send that prayer to a loved one, and it will bring in Light Positivity. The Guides do like it when you send them prayers or if you do Reiki, send them Reiki. It is a way of showing love, appreciation and gratitude and they then can send it back to you even more so. My Dowsing Master Teacher has measured (with dowsing) The Great Invocation and its effects before and after it is sent, and aura energy goes up. If you try it let me know what you think. In my 20s, HS/Soul/JC guided me to explore different religions-one of the places was SRF in Palisades. I did some of their coursework. You can ask Paramahansa Yogananda and Jesus to come work with you together as a team to support, asking for any wisdom that would be beneficial, etc, for the highest good.🙏

And the missing years or maybe the awakening years?! 😄Jesus guided me to layer the tools - layer Energy Healing (Reiki), intention setting, prayer, Mindfulness Meditation with Chanting, Breathwork Meditation, etc. When I first did it, I was like wow "this works!" What I found is that it seems to help all the bodies and supports a shift from 3D to 5D. Thanks for sharing. 🙏

Maybe you're using that 2md time round as a break though....fair do's and a recap is fine. But the charts Sensei....it's a missing. Most astrologers run a chart.....it helps people learn to see the transits too.... especially when you're all about the exact numbers.
