That´s really not nice, but showcases the problem of being the only opposite gender in your family. As for me, I definitely can`t deny I´m more feminine due to my sisters than other males. Not that it is a bad thing in general, but it can have effects which is why I can understand people who complain about it.

I agree, especially with what the bitch mom said, they might feel a little resentment, gender doesn't matter to me but I can see how it does to some people but they usually just keep it to themselves and love their child regardless. I'm not saying that they may or may not love their fourth child, but after she would see this video she would feel that they didn't want her. If I was her in ten years I wouldn't want anything to do with this piece of shit family.

I don't understand why people feel bad for boys that have a lot of sisters but not for girls who has a lot of brothers. They can get just as lonely and awkward especially during puberty.

JakeyStar 2014 I'm a girl with 5 sisters. No, girls are not good body guards and in general, yes men are stronger than women and end up doing most of the saving. There is probably 1 female for every 100 males that can handle a man in a fight. That is reality, deal with it. And my sisters are anything but supportive and caring, I am closer to my male cousins than I am my sisters.

What? Cakes are an interesting reveal for the gender. And whats wrong if they want one gender more than another? It's not going to make them not love the baby, my mom wanted a boy when she had me, but I turned out to be girl. She was still happy to have me and doesn't regret the fact that I'm a girl.
T3n50r Yea, but the baby and boy would be 7/8/9 years apart. Not like a 10 year old and 3 year old have the same tastes. My husband and his youngest brother are 8 years apart and they didn't start hanging out until his brother was in college. 16 year old and.... 8 year old?
In MOST cases, it doesn't mean they will love their kids any less. They just want to experience the joys of raising both genders. Ideally, I want 1 boy and 1 girl, but that doesn't mean I'll feel unhappy with 2 boys or 2 girls...

My younger brother was the only boy among 6 girls, and the second oldest child. He loved it. Every time someone would ask him if he wanted it to be a boy, he'd say, "Nope!" He knew he was the little prince in the family and that was ok with him! He was 12 by the time we finally had another boy. Now there are 8 girls and 4 boys in our family.

My poor Grandma Sue (my dad's mom) had 7 boys counting my dad. She found so many bugs, snakes, lizards, etc etc in their pant pockets while they were growing up from the stories my dad tells lol. From my understanding she wanted at least 1 girl, but that never happened for her.

I just posted our gender reveal video. Our oldest (our only boy) had quite the opposite reaction when he found out our fourth is a girl. He freaked out with excitement!

My grandparents (mom's side) had 5 kids, 3 of whom were girls (my mom and 2 aunts, and my 2 uncles are the oldest and youngest, with the girls sandwiched in the middle. The order is my uncle JR, my Aunt Clara, my Aunt Sheila, my mom, and my Uncle Greg). And my dad has 7 boys in his family counting him (he's the 3rd oldest). I'm suffering from middle child syndrome and having 2 annoying sisters is the worst, my 7yo sister is obsessed with roblox and sucks at my type of games and has none of my interests, my 14 yo sister complains that she doesn't have an iPhone X and a Starbucks machine she's mentally obsessed with her phone she would stab me if I deleted Instagram and has no interests, takes a billion years in Sephora, never makes her mind buying clothes, the only videogame she tried was "helix jump" (probably an effortless game) and me being 12 and the only boy, my sisters keep lying about wanting to play smash brothers with me, they always do girly stuff, and I'm left alone with the only anti depressant that I can afford is waiting for my cousin to come.

My dad once said that he thought it was very, very nice to hear that I was boy. I guess he was tired of being the only dude in the household. But hey, at least Gunner still has fun things like father-son activities, I had back when I was his age. But then again, even I turned out to be a girl, of course Dad would still be good with it. Even Uncle Tim if he were to have an even amount of nieces and nephews. He doesn't have children.
