Thank you. Salute to Lowell. Im a Cambridge guy. Middlesex county. Bumped into my fair share of Lowell guys. Keep up the great work on this side of the wall 💯💯👊📺
Big fan B-Luke but honestly I’ve never chimed in on any of these videos, but I have never in my life heard a more “poor me” person. This man was a career shithead and got locked for it. Just like the rest of the poor me prisoners. You deal with the consequences of your actions. End of story.
It sounds like this man struggled no doubt, but it didn’t sound like he had much of a chance to start. My question is what are you doing today and it sounds like a guy who took accountability and took a horrible situation and turned into a positive. Pray for this man
@@ChrisWalden-kv7go I do agree and sympathize for anyone who goes through this or has to grow up in this life. But to blame the system for his actions is absolutely a cop out.
@@Jrgoodneyyou clearly have never had to deal with using a public defender with years of jail time facing you. He clearly stated he was falsely accused and then convicted. But in my situation I asked from day one knowing I was innocent, for the public defender to turn down any plea deals immediately. Now they have to let you know if a plea is offered. But when I have a PD telling me I should take a 5-7 year sentence, that it was my best option. I’m telling you thank goodness I have family behind me. I had an alibi and debit card statements that i was at the Tropicana Hotel in Jersey during a crime committed in Boston. My family figured it’s a slam dunk, if they allow you a PD just take it. I had to fire him because after the 5-7 offer i turned down, he came back weeks later with 3-5yrs. I was even being told by the judge I couldn’t fire the attorney at first! When my paid attorney started working my case, it was dismissed 2 court dates later. He actually couldn’t believe how I was brought up on the charges to begin with! Now if I was this guy in the video and didn’t have family to fall back on, I would have went upstate most likely serving a minimum of 10 yrs if I didn’t except the plea. That’s the way they get these guys that can’t pay for an attorney, “take this deal or it’s going to double if you make the Judge sit through a jury trial!” Your comment is unbelievably ignorant!
I believe you will prevail. What a great story and I believe you are going to do big things.
You help people that need it!! 💪

Wrongful convictions is the epidemic no one talks about. Everyone assumes everyone is guilty in prison and thats simply not the case.
