Very helpful. Now if I could just find a way to mount my Nitecore lights to the gopro mount. (Fwiw - another great option is the Ravemen light which sits in the Garmin mount and has another mount built into its top for a computer - a sandwich as it were. But I like this because now I could put an actual GoPro under it all.
I'm in your shoes bro. I have a 1800 lumens Nitecore BR35 and it is painful AF as I just can't find a way to mount it on my Vision Metron 5D handlebar. Let me know if you have found a solution. Thanks
@@kaptajnsejersen6303 My bike lights are actually Fenix and they at least sell a GoPro mount with their proprietary slide lock attachment. This has worked very well for me. I hope you can find something similar for the NItecores but worst case you might try the "Fouriers GoPro mount for round body flashlights" or similar.
I use the ravemen FR160 but it’s not overly bright when it’s in the solid on mode. The flashing mode is really good, but it’s more of a safety light (for others to see you) than it is a useful spotlight to light the road in front of you.
I do the same one on my VISION METRON 5D ACR.. looks clean👏👏

So true! The Ravemen, it is my DTRL. But when I know I'll be out after dark I have a couple Fenix 1600LMs to light up the night@@_NPJ
Thanks for the solution
Welcome!
I'm mounting light right on left side of handlebar next to shiffters. Cat eye light is PERFECT for it.

incredibly useful!
What is the size or specification of the hexagonal nut/washer?
is the garmin male adapter under the unit already there or can we add one on?
I have the same issue, very useful thanks.
Welcome! 🤘
Ravemen has a adjustable rubber mount. It mounts a light perfectly through the fins on the mount.
