But many people now recognise it as the anthem of Liverpool Football Club, and also Celtic Football Club. This advert gets me every time, it really shows the struggles they go through as well as the people that love them, but it also shows strength in family and friends and community and what a difference it can make. But it also makes me feel the strength in all of us as human beings with what we are able to overcome. It's a strange feeling, it's like sadness but also a bit uplifting weirdly enough. P.s. I would also like to find this music, would there not be a recording of this actual version available online? Tom Hickox orchestrated it didn't he, according to what I read online anyway.. ?

This is a terribly depressing advert, bleak and frightening. I'm not sure if Macmillan are trying to scare people into parting with their money, but having recently lost someone to cancer I think it's poorly conceived and bereft of any comfort.

I couldn't agree with you more, at the chemo unit all the patient cringe when it comes up between every record. And it vexes the carers even MOORE! Even the Chemo nurses agree it's awful!

Please remove this advert, its sickening. Who thought of such a heart rendering words. The words go through my heart like a knife! And when I asked the Macmillan last week fundraising money goes towards, they said it went towards their telephone bill. So it seems Iv'e been paying a telephone bill with all the fundraising Ive been doing all these years, not the Macmillan nurses wages. I was told the NHS pay their wages. So which one is it, charity money pays their wages or the telephone bill?
