There's always much better and free method by using the buttons combination. DFU Restore is always better than Recovery and ReiBoot can't do this. iTunes is simple and free why paying for a 3rd party alternative?

Don't waste your time and money buying this product. This fixes nothing that iTunes can't fix, and if iTunes can't fix it then neither can ReiBot or any of tenorshare's products. This didn't help me at all and if you ask for a refund they will not give it to you and will stop responding to you.

Can you help me I recentally watched one of you’re old macOS boot camp videos but I was doing this at like 3-4 am and I got tired turned it off and it got rid of the boot camp download for the Microsoft side so now I’m stuck in Microsoft and want to get back to Apple

It’s a total scam doesn’t work tried for hours in the end I used a Mac with lightning cable put my phone in my in DFU mode which worked in about 5 minutes have asked for refund if they won’t refund I will raise dispute with credit card company

I purchased this tool to fix my device but it doesnt work. And also they are refuse the refund. Be aware before you buy it, you will not get your money back. Also they are subscribed you as montly plan automatically without your permission if you buy montly option only. Stay away from this software

I am experiencing the same issue. This company is a total scam. Their customer service will do everything they can to put the blame back on users and hardware and refuse to refund you. Their 30 day money back guarantee is a marketing lie to get users pay in the first place.

reiboot is terrible. i downloaded it in hopes of fixing my phone within an hour and they made it worse by sending my phone into recovery mode and forcing me to pay to take it out
