    Here's a simple recipe for Mix Dal and Chawal (Mixed Lentils and Rice):
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup mix dal (split red lentils, split green gram, and split black gram)
    - 2 cups water
    - 1 cup basmati rice
    - 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
    - 1 onion, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 inch ginger, grated
    - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - Salt, to taste
