    If you don't want your albows to hyperextend, would it not be important to roll the shoulders back, instead of keeping the elbows soft.. Because with shoulders on back elbows have a hard timme hyperextending.. No?

      Great question! You can totally focus on the shoulders being on your back. However, some people can't get their shoulders on their back due to tightness across the chest or they have the opposite problem...too much flexbility and they think their shoulders are on their back but they're really pinching towards each other. So focusing on a wide upper back with a reach and if needed a soft elbow is often an easier ask for people. Especially those with less body awareness. xx~LL
