This was immensely helpful as I'm bridging into Classical and didn't learn these exercises in the context of the Traditional Ending, nor did I learn the precise measurements. Your videos have been SOOO helpful - thank you for your kind and generous spirit!
You are so welcome! Thanks so much for this feedback as I thought perhaps this might be a good topic for a video people would like to see. Let me know if there are other topics you are looking for- and congratulations on your bridge program :) That's huge!! xo
Thank you Andrea for this awesome tutorial! I didn't learn the measurements for the trapeze or for the fuzzies in my training so that was super helpful! I also loved the cueing, and one of my favorites was for the Hanging Pull-Ups: pull yourself away from the trapeze, lengthen away from it. The right stuff just happened in my body when I did it this way! I also didn't know the Twist Pull-Ups and that was also fun to try! xoxo!
Good for you Laura! These exercises are tough but they do have my favorite component of challenging exercises - they are fun and exhilarating to do! Woo hoo! See you soon :)
I have a cadi that the bar for springs on opposite side of push thru bar Hmmmm Where does that go? Probably up all the way? It does t seem like that bar is o. Your cadi. Let me know thoughts. I’d love to try this.
Hi Kelly - I think I know what kind of Cadillac you are speaking of - Yes, my Cadillac does not have that bar - it is a feature that was added later to contemporary Pilates apparatus I believe. Yes, you could push it all the way up and out of the way - I had to do that on a Cadillac I used at someone's studio for a workshop. Give it a try to see what you think - you won't want to miss this series of exercises :) Thank you so much for watching and for sharing your questions here. All best to you! xo
Yes more like this!
Hi Heather - thanks for watching and yes! thanks for your feedback :) More coming soon! xox
