If I were to give it a level its an intermediate exercise. You have a lot of support from the springs and you need to be able to have strength and stability. But its really yummy xx~LL
This is great, I'm taking Cadillac training in November. On the first direction I don't have any problems but on the reverse to come up I really feel like I'm overworking in my pecs. Am I over compensating or is the upper body really working to stabilize as we lift our bridge shape?
Hey Krista, sounds like you're "pulling" with your arms not reaching from your back. Check out on my OPC site my "bottoms" up workshop. I have another arm/back themed workshop coming up in November as well. But work the reach from your back. Its ok if you just "think" about reversing and reach until you lift.
Thank you for sharing this Leslie! It looks so hard and you made it look so easy. What level is this exercise? Advanced?

You can or you can skip it's not as important to touch your heel to the mat as it is to work the length, strength and articulation of your spine.
