I’m 25 now and have been on my spiritual journey since the pandemic. I’m finally at a place where I love myself through the good and bad. And I put myself first, ALWAYS 💗🦋
I'm super obsessed with learning everything about the mental & mastering how to improve it to the max. One thing people need to understand is that our mental health is very much connected to our physical health. If you eat like shit, you will feel like shit. Our brain physically changes when we develop stress, trauma, depression & other mental health problems. With that being said yes therapy, meditation, positive self talk & far more play a part, but it is essential that you all eat healthy, especially brain foods while doing all other methods to improve mental health. Herbs are also great, but that's a whole nother topic, lol.

Life's short, dump him - I believe women have the power to motivate a man to drastically improve his life if he wants it. If a woman or a man's child doesn't motivate them to get their shit together, then he must be a lost cause who you need to move on from. Women need to fully vet a man to make sure he has the required amount of ambition, relentlessness, drive & much more that your power can motivate before giving him the honors of being your man. I'm single with 0 kids now, but having a goal of starting my own family with a great wife & kids within a few years give or take is 1 thing that motivates me. To keep it real, everything we men do is for women unless they live an alternative lifestyle. Men are generally very simple, but women are the motivation why men want to self-improve a lot more, work much harder, make far more money & much more. This world wouldn't spin without women & to be honest it wouldn't be worth living without women on this earth for me personally. Women are the best creation in my eyes.
