Even before COVID, I was just the filler/floater friend 😅 The realisation came during a Halloween party in 2021. The group at the party with was never my group. Everyone chatted to each other and I kinda just observed lol. It hit me then that friendships for me were nothing more than just surface level interactions. I am okay with being friendless most of the time, but it honestly would’ve been great to have had at least someone to confide in other than my immediate family when my dad passed away this year…. It’s been pretty lonely time honestly

I think you'd resonate with it, would love for you and anyone watching this to check it out and share your thoughts! x

This is the 3rd video I’ve come across this year about having no friends. I used to have a huge circle, but recently for the sake of my mental health I removed myself from friendships I thought were genuine. Whole time they were draining me of my energy, money and time. To save yourself you need to isolate and figure out who you are and find contentment in your solitude. And I’m fine with that. Glad to see that I’m not the only popular loner😌🦦 lol

My experience making friend there hardly talk to you. There are lot fake people most of them experience don’t feel comfortable at all. All there do make you angry nervous and many thing the one claiming be your friend don’t respect you. I done with ladies friend and men friend very fake better be on your own don’t have to stress apart for girlfriend plan to married that all I need get rid of bad vibes friend like bins. Main thing keep yourself very busy don’t really need friend at all lot more fun be yourself also entertaining.

I lost a friend that was like a sister to me. I think its because she became an elitist and I (stay at home mom) was too low class for her(lawyer.) I thought we were better than that. It kind of broke me in the friendship regard. Also, as a Sabbath keeper, I dont go out on Saturdays. No cook outs, bridal showers, birthdays, funerals or weddings on Saturday. This offends most people. Even when I tell them in advance and they swear it doesnt bother them, until it does. On the flip side, I have outgrown some partying friends and only like to keep friends I feel would be a good role model for my children or could learn from them, in some way. So, I know breaking up with a friend isnt easy either. Its just hard because your idea of friendship is based off of your previous friendships. I think its a good idea to journal what you want out of a friendship and what kind of friend you want to be. I am a married woman, so I cant be the type of friend I could be if I was single. My priorities are different and my marriage comes first. I do have a friend who comes from out of town, we have been friends since elementary school (offf and on.) We dont always agree on everything, but we have mutual respect and support for each other and enjoy the space of friendship with each other. We also give each other room and privacy, so no oversharing or overdoing it on crowding each other's space. An interesting conversation.

I have also 0 friends. But I don‘t care. My 2 rabbits are my best friends. 🐰🐰🥰🥰♥️♥️ I always had fake friends who used me. But I was not so innocent because I also used them in some ways. Because some of them were bullys and I don‘t like bullys.

i'm 23 and no it ain't good, i havent had friends since i was in high school, i let everyone go, since then i've only known people, that's it, i'm fucking tired of being so fucking alone, i'm fucking tired of social anxiety, i regret my decisions so fucking much, i've lost all the social abilities a human develops during this period, and to fix this it would still take years and i'll become more adult than before, always behind the pace of everyone, i wish there was a reset button, i wish.....

You just have to start now.. you are very young. My friend issues are popping up more now than ever at 51 Trust me you have lots of time to reset starting now and learn to enjoy being alone now.. so it down the road you find yourself alone again you won't be as shocked as I have been. I never learned to be alone and it is proving to be hard. But I am watching these videos because I have to save myself and make the change. Nobody will do it for us and there's time to turn it around even for me..

These are great really opening up my brain and giving me reassurance in some of my hunches. I grew up in a rough childhood and am avoidant so therefore it’s tough to know things and the learning is hard as well. But we have to keep working at it and that’s something I learned as well as someone who used to always run away or flee or avoid everything.
