Just nauseating to see anything being torn down
Put an extended family in here. Doesn't Canada have big immigration issues?
Shame the house is to be demolished, hope fixtures and cabinets can be salvaged.
Yes I agree shame it will be demolished, still a awesome house
Toward the new camera fund.
👍😉
Once again, too nice to demolish!
Thanks for the tour Noah!
Stayin tuned! 👍🤠
I appreciate that John thank you! Definitely too nice to demolish that's for sure!
That whole house is gorgeous, especially them built in shelves, loved them.
I'd love to live in this house
Yes I agree would love to live in that house,a beautiful house
You could roller skate in that house. lol
Yes a big house,beautiful house
Beautiful house Noah. So nice. Love thatpink bathroom. Too cool. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yes pink bathroom is pretty, great house
It called awning for patio.
With some updates and repairs I could live there. That place was spacious, I even like some of the wall paper. That yard was awesome with the deck and roll out awning nice entertainment area for sure. The basement definitely needed water proofed and a dehumidifier system. Such a waste just to demolish it - very sad. Thanks Noah for letting us see it!
Love the foyer, living room, bathrooms, curtains and wallpaper.❤️
Beautiful house
Very nice large home. Thanks Noah!
Beautiful big house
Hi Noah, I'm from Vinita Oklahoma. I have been watching your videos for several years and you never disappoint me.
I love that old microwave and stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.❤️
Such a beautiful house.I could live there.
❤❤❤ built in bread 🍞 box and spice rack 😊
Very nice beautiful house
Funny that today the showers are fully displayed and the WC/bidet is closeted. Looks like some updates in late '80's. Discolouring may be due to oil heating. Our first house was discoloured due to a natural gas range in the kitchen. Colonial ranch style house exterior.
Saw this home before, looks like it was a very beautiful but homey home. Love the kitchen and beautiful formal dining room.
First time abandoned home so clean
Hi Noah from West Virginia USA 🇺🇲 👋 I like watching your videos 👍
Almost 100k!🧡🏘🏠
So close!
A lot of ornate intricate detailing ❤❤❤
Always assume there is asbestos in all the abandoned places you go to. Up until the late 70's, all construction products contains asbestos.
Asbestos is only harmful If it's Disturbed!!
Don't worry. They've found plenty of other ways to poison us.
This is a beautiful home...too bad it's not been taken care of...I love the master on the main floor! Too bad it's not a full basement. I guess it doesn't matter if it's being torn down 😔
So many nice built-ins!
That could be another kitchen down there and I love the orange cabinets and the cabinet below the sink.❤️
Yes I agree and such a beautiful house
Yes nice storage closet and mud room.
Thank you for yet another great explore, keep up the good work.
Very nice explore. From the 60’s to the 90’s! Really nice home and could be saved w/ a few renovations. Really like your narration style compared to many out there. Thank you for showing the details. Yes, those matching curtains to the wallpaper were very expensive in the day. Someone had good taste back then.
Love the curtains in there too.🙂
Add spot on the wall in the closet was probably where they had to fix some plumbing outside the bathtub.
This was a nice explore! Love the 60s deco. Great job Noah!! 😊😊😊
That is a nice skylight at the top of the stairs to brighten up area
Love the floors in the basement.
Thanks for awesome house I enjoyed watching
Nice french doors going out onto back deck with seating area on both sides.🙂👍
Nice bread box and spice cabinet.👍
Very nice bathroom and wallpaper in bathroom upstairs.🙂
Nice half bath there downstairs with laundry room next to it.👍
The thing you thought might be a bread. Box is an appliance garage as they used to call it.
Love the pink bathroom in the master.❤️
Hello from France. So sorry for this beauté house 😢
Nice size closet and storage area in bedroom.👍
The bench seat in bedroom is nice to have to sit there and look out to the yard or read a book.🙂
Wallpaper just needs to be glued back up and those are just sheetrock cracks and in ceiling can be filled in and painted over.🙂👍
Very nice staircase going up to 2nd floor.👍
Very nice house. Enjoyed the video.
All looks good in basement.🙂👍
Hello. Good to see you again.🙂👍
Yes sand the sills down a little and apply a new coat of paint.👍
That is the formal dining room where chandelier used to be and builtins.👍
Asbestos tiles are non friable, meaning you can't pulverize it with your hands. The mastic that held them down also probably had asbestos. But again, non friable. Bur the pipe insulation, especially the elbows, is friable. Same thing for the classic 9X9 ceiling tiles. It only takes one fiber to cause asbestosis. That the latency period is 40 years. So you don't know you have it until it's too late...
40 years for asbestosis and 3 max for 💉pfizerosis. I wouldn't be too worried about asbestos 😆
They could have been kosher. A lot of kosher family follow rules that don't mix dairy and meat and that may be the reason for the second sink.
Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
So sad nothing can be done to stop them from buying those properties!!!👍
Very nice cedar closet 🙂
Main living room is very nice too.👍
Nice curtains in that room too.
No doubt that is asbestos wrap on those pipes. My Grandpa & Grandma's (very small) house was built in 1935ish. They had a HUGE round furnace in the basement that we now refer to as the octopus. It had big round pipes coming off it that were wrapped in a plaster cast type material, which (at the time) all of us cousins would run around the basement poking and hitting it! We had no idea it was asbestos, but NOBODY knew anything about the dangers of asbestos at the time. This would have been somewhere around 1970-1975, I guess.
Did any of your family have any health related issues due to this?
@@bwilli301 not that I'm aware of. In fact, Grandma passed away in 2006, just a couple of months before her 99th birthday.
Nice house
I would fix that attic room up and make it another closet.🙂
Loving the birdbath pedestal 😊 and grommets
The bathroom looks in good working order.👍
All asbestos tiles are larger than regular tiles. Asbestos tiles are 9" x 9" while standard non asbestos tiles are 8" x 8" tiles
Iam new to your videos. I loved that old house. Hi from Georgia ❤
All those issues you see can be fixed and they would make great family homes.❤️
LOVE THE HOUSE SO AWESOME 😊❤🎉
I'm guessing Etobicoke, in Toronto's west end, where there tons of these quality upscale homes from the late 50's & 60's on beautiful lots. Unfortunately, they are being snapped up by developer/builders as soon as they become available on the market, then to be demolished to make way for a new mega mansion.
These homes sell for $1.3 to $1.8 million dollars, as is and its' replacement will probably range from $6 to $10 million dollars.
And the new mega mansions are not built nearly as well. Just cheap facades.
Nice dining room with french doors out to deck and display cabinet.
Very nice kitchen just needs some cleaning up. That is a small refrigerator.👍
I would hope that some of this stuff would be donated to Habitat for Humanity. There are so many things that can be reused in these homes.
You guys be safe and careful.🙂👍🙏
I want to hit on the outlet plastic covers ? Years ago small children were fascinated as to what those outlet faces were ? Some children would use scissors or tiny metal objects and stick them in the holes and well you know what happened afterwards . It's just a safety deterrent .
Nice wallpaper on 2nd floor walls.
10:08, it's an awning
Another great video.🙂
The glue just needs to be redone underneath the wallpaper. 👍
30:48 Exploring abandoned houses can be exciting.
I know. 👍😉
Damn that's a really nice house, it's a shame it's being demolished soon. Aside from the peeling wallpaper, mold/water damage in some spots (particularly the basement) it's not at all in the worst condition and could definitely be saved. Man if I had the money I would've bought that house and kept it as OG as possible. And yes those are asbestos tiles (my high school, built in 1960-61 had those exact tiles in the classrooms) and I'm assuming those furnace ducts are also wrapped in asbestos insulation, the thing is asbestos isn't as dangerous as everyone thinks it is, if left undisturbed it's harmless really.
The pull-out cover thing above the patio/deck is called an awning :) and that mysterious outlet cover in the foyer appeared to have plastic behind it? So I'm guessing it's some sort of old motion sensor for the security system. Interesting there's two master bedrooms I wonder if maybe the downstairs bedroom/full bathroom was designed as an in-law suite. It looks like the half-bath/laundry room isn't original either because in the basement there's two valves to the left of the sink directly above the countertop on the left. The counter/cabinet didn't look original so I'm guessing the washing machine was there originally and set up to drain into the sink. Again just a guess but it really makes me curious how much has changed over the years, and how much hasn't.
All in all, great video!

Nice pantry with plenty of shelves.
I go in to old homes like that and redo them and put them up for sale.🙂👍❤️
Hi Noah 👋 😊
Beautiful house .😮😅😊
By any chance, is this house in Oakville, on Lakeshore East? It looks so familiar.
The keys over the freezer in the basement are security system keys
So when your washing clothes you can take care of some paperwork while waiting for it to get done.😁😂👍
The butcher block island is nice.
I would buy that place in a heartbeat if I could if it was for sale. 😁
IF YOU COULD POSSIBLY SALVAGE THOSE BATHROOM FIXTURES, THEY ARE VERY VALUABLE. ALSO THE MONKEY TAIL BANNISTER IS VALUABLE.
Nice oil tank down there.
Looks like someone could move in today, it's still in good shape. The U.S. used to be so great when you could get this quality of a home built. I don't think it's possible anymore. All supplies come in from overseas now, and it's not the quality that these materials they built this house with, are.
And yet the cost for the cheap crap materials is 10 times the cost of those quality materials and craftsmanship back then.
Nice house. To bad it's getting demolished.
I think the salmon colored bathroom had a pedestal sink that’s why it’s tiled behind it and I bet it was a salmon colored sink
Awnings
That is just rhe glue over time turned into poder form.

You can see that the wallpaper is stained and the lighter parts are because it was blocked by photos or mirrors. It's nicotine stains on the walls.
Tjose switch plates are newer, so the house wasn't abandoned for too long.
Awnings ❤❤❤❤❤
Good job noah ❤ 18:20 18:20
Nope you can tell the insulation above you has been replaced and not asbestos.👍
Why can't the developers there in Canada go find a piece of property that can be developed instead of buying these nice older homes that just need some work and TLC? 🙂❤️
