  • Keep quick feet for this bachata dance workout! We're drilling fast footwork, hip movement & core engagement to my fave high-tempo Latin music. Join me in this 20-minute fitness class, practice the moves & have fun.
    Let's get sweaty! Follow me in this Latin Dance Fitness video as we dance Bachata. Try to dance with me the whole 20 minutes. If the footwork gets too hard for you, just go back to the Basic, but do not stop dancing! The goal is not to be perfect, so allow yourself to make mistakes. I make them all the time.     I recently started learning bachata bcuz i love it so much makes moving my body fun. I'm so glad i found you i will be doing these workouts. I love Fuegos!

    The workout was so easy to follow and you gave perfect instructions. Wooooowww Yahoo i completed the workout . But music was slow and boring. The steps and instructions were good. Thanks
