Beautiful home but....did I miss the 4th bedroom and bath? Even if the office is a bedroom, I saw 3 1/2 baths, not 4 1/2. I thought it was a 4 br, 4 1/2 bath.
This is a stunning home. I wouldn’t change a thing. Need to buy a fancy car for the fancy garage.
I would. If you look on the Toll Brothers website, some master bedrooms have a private outside area with an outside jacuzzi, shower and seating, fenced off from everything else. I'm sure they would ba able to add all of that onto that model as long as it's sitting on a bigger plot.

Nice place, but the hot tub was terribly placed. It should be with the pool and the rest of the party. Why all that unused space in between the pool and hot tub. If you're having a party, why put it so far away?
