Grand, deluxe appointments. The Munari's private covered porch opens onto a massive enclosed courtyard and welcoming foyer with elevated ceiling, affording views of the expansive great room and dual covered patios beyond.
The well-designed kitchen overlooks the bright formal dining room, and is equipped with a large center island with wraparound breakfast bar, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and roomy walk-in pantry.
The palatial primary bedroom suite is highlighted by an elevated ceiling, relaxing retreat, gigantic walk-in closet, and deluxe primary bath with dual-sink vanity, large soaking tub, luxe glass-enclosed shower with seat, and private water closet. Spacious secondary bedrooms feature sizable closets and private full baths.
Additional highlights include a central office, convenient powder room and dual drop zones, and conveniently located laundry.
- Interior courtyard fills home with an abundance of natural light
- Expansive sliding stacking door opens home to rear covered patio
- Primary bedroom suite with retreat, spa-like primary bath, and large walk-in closet
For that kind of money I would have to tell the builder how I want the house to be designed.
These guys know how to have fun with their tours. 🤣
Thanks for watching :)
Dope home, I been here before!
way way WAY overpriced. The sloppy walls without bookmatched slabs, cheap bathrooms, ridiculously small closet in the first bedroom, no theatre room, no exercise room, this is maybe a 1.5 to 1.7 million on a generous day. This may be a good price if it was in LA, but not in Phoenix.
Great kitchen and living room area!
House is beautiful, my dream. The way you film it does not give a good idea of layout or the flow of the house. Beautiful house
It's like a maze ... too many unnecessary rooms
Where is this located?
Did this sell? What is the address?
Terrible video. They literally just stood in the rooms and talked about them. Would have been better if they actually walked through the home
You guys are definitely not from Arizona. I would never buy from either one of you.
No privacy from all the glass I see through and no security anyone could simply invade the home's many entrances without the homeowner ever knowing
