But the reality is that if you don't start by changing some aspect of your life, no matter how small, you won't see any progress. So even if you wake up and do the simplest thing like watching a positive video in the morning. It will help with reframing your mindset and creating different neural pathways that interrupt negative or intrusive thoughts. I also suggest seeking out therapy. I say this as someone struggling depression, but working on taking steps to work on myself. Some days are tough. But the better days are coming by more often, but that's because of the small incremental steps taken. Hope you're well man!
Honestly, that's what I like about dude's vids. He isn't pushing the "Alpha" mentality. He's legit just treating women like people and is genuinely interested in listening and learning from them, is confident enough to be self deprecating and goofy.
