I just started following. My overall goal is to eat healthier. I’m a nurse just like you and I eat terrible. Hoping this is my year for change. 🙏🏾

Love your channel! I’ve started my juicing journey October 15th since getting the J2 and have consistently been juicing every day since then. I typically start my day off with 2 32 ounces of organic only green juice. I use Kale, spinach, dandelion greens, cilantro, parsley, turmeric, ginger, honey crisps or granny smiths, celery, cucumber, lemon, & habanero pepper. The high frequency feeling you get is next level. I also incorporate 2 -3 32 ounce fresh pressed fruit juices in my day as well, love going mono, but love variety as well. May this year bring you many blessings and abundance in all areas of your life🙌🏽

Those glasses that you got from Amazon.I bought them also, and they broke in the freezer.What did I do wrong. I didn't fill them to the top. Thanks. I enjoy watching your videos
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that :( It’s so strange that they broke, I’ve never had any issues with mine personally and didn't see any reviews about them breaking at the time I purchased mine. When you put them in the freezer did you leave them up right and fill below the "neck" of the bottle?
Thank you I love juicing as I have fructose malabsortion. Any tips on extracting spinach/herbs (like lemon balm and mint)? My juicer I got for Christmas isn't like yours (breville brand) so I'm making do with what I got. I feel like those just spit the leafy stuff out in the pulp.
I’m soooo glad I found your channel! Hey girl hey!👋 I’m a beginner juicer and getting ready to start my journey/1 day cleanse this coming Monday. I’ve been coming across so many videos but yours stuck out to me. 2025 is definitely the year I’m taking back my health and wellness! I’m tired of feeling sluggish and blah lol. Also I want to lower my cholesterol, improve my energy levels, skin, hair, nails all that and some naturally. I’m not vegan however I’m trying to cut back on meat and dairy intake, ditch processed food and eat more raw and cut back on my sugar intake and intake no added sugars. My goal simply put is to live a balanced simple healthy lifestyle. To include weekly workouts. We got this! I’ll be on the lookout for more inspirational videos so please keep them coming! Thx hun 🤗

@ the thought of habanero makes me nervous, but I love trying new things so I might have to give that a try one day!!!
