I have a Nama juicer. You can make "un-tuna" with the carrot pulp. Use the same ingredients that you would use to make regular tuna. I put the mixture on spinach wraps. You can also make carrot muffins or carrot bread. With the pineapple poke you can put it in an ice tray and make flavored ice balls or ice cubes to place in your water. FYI... There are some tabletop or small composters out there on the market if you don't have a place outdoors. Or if you don't want to keep it indoors and you have a patio or place outdoors to place it you might prefer that instead. Hope this helps!

I like to dehydrate the pulp and turn it into a powder. Is shelf stable for a year and add it to smoothies and even to add to homemade salad dressings.

The lemon peels are the most healthier part of the lemon. The peel has 5-10×'s higher vitamin C levels, than the actual juice. It also acts as a deodorizer, stain remover. It also helps with digestion, and decreasing high blood pressure. You can do so much with the peels. I usually boil my peels, and add ginger, to drink as a tea. It detoxifies the body. I also place the peels in water, and vinegar. I let it sit for a few days. I use it as an all purpose cleaner. Lemons peels are so healthy, and useful.

If the lemons are not organic then he farmers probably sprayed the fruit with pesticides

@@NishaBryant Makes sense to put the pulp back in at the end when it is already dry, too. So the juicer will continue to "get fresh material from the top" and you make sure it will process all the actuall fresh vegetables/fruits to the end. Otherwise the last bit of stuff could may not be fully proceeded by the juicer due to lack of stuff coming after it and pushing it through :)

I thought I would love the watermelon/pineapple and I like it well enough. It’s refreshing to pair with a meal. I thought I would hate the carrot/ginger one because I want to grow up and have skin like yours, so I tried it. I also want a healthy immune system too. 😊 LISTEN! thank you for the great video goddess! a little suggestion: the reason your pulp is coming out a little wet is because you close the chute where the juice comes out of; when it collects in the center it soaks up the juice because of the way its designed, try leaving the door open when you juice and it should come out a lot dryer :)

This is the first time I've seen your channel. I am a fruitarian, and I would like to exchange my knowledge with you about fruits and how to mix them. The best advice is not to mix sweat and sour fruits together. It's best to drink All melons (watermelons) alone. When mixed with other fruits, they create fermentation (which turns into alchol) in your system. Study more about how to mix your fruits together for the best effect on your body. Example: It's like mixing sugar and salt together and adding alcohol on top. Another thing, avoid adding sugar into your fruit juices as well. Best of luck, Peace

@@sharisay5754 if you use too much yes!! I don't use the entire rind. Add a few pieces to taste.

This is dope. I’ve randomly started drinking watermelon, pineapple and coconut water. I’m addicted to the flavor combo now.

With Original mason lids you could use a pump to remove the oxygen and juice can last up to a week.

May I ask why you transfer to the bowl than to the jars? I generally put my juice jars under the nozzle where the juice comes out. If u put it close up to the juicer it flows right in.

so I can have everything fully mixed. ex. I don't want one juice to have more apples and the other be mostly carrot
