If you use a cold press masticating juicer , the juice will stay fresh till you drink it. I add other things. Leafy greens always. This week kale, cilantro, parsley, ginger root, squash, cucumber. Juice absolutely affects your body differently than eating whole fruit and most juices have very high sugar content. Just admit you're defending it because it's delicious, stop being anti-science.
@johnh3611 I agree. The whole reason fruit juice is sweet is to lure you in to get the fibers your body needs in the first place. So choosing the juice without the fiber is a personal choice, but i dont think its a wholistic choice.

Good video. The only place I differ from these points, is I definitely believe in the saying that you should 'juice your vegetables and eat your fruit.' Because juicing removes insoluble fiber it goes straight to your blood and can cause issues, especially for folks who have ever had blood sugar problems. This is why it's better to eat the fruit because it maintains the fiber which slows down the absorption of the sugars. I have always juiced 95% veggies, with green apples. I won't lie and say I never juice fruit because when watermelons are in season I'm all over them. I juice other fruit at some points but it isn't that often.
No it doesn’t .. why do yall say this 😂 I am pre-diabetic and it does not cause problems for your blood sugar.. What raises your sugar is when you eating fructose… There is also ways to add a carrots and certain types of food that gives you a balance as well… The best thing to do is talk with your doctor who specializes in nutrition not just a regular provider.. Glad I came across this video, I got a lot of useful information from it! Also, after watching you juice a watermelon with the rine I definitely need that juicer!
thank you, Brandon Ahmaud, you speak facts! I appreciate you for the information that you gave all of us. I just bought a Nama cold press juicer and love it. It is expensive but, it's totally worth every dollar spent. I was having constipation issues do to all the process food that I was consuming, but ever since I started the juicing, I feel one hundred percent better! Agan thanks man, and keep up the videos
Fantastic video, thank you! I’m planning to start juicing and this is the first video I have watched. So much information packed in here! Happy New Year!
Juicing is like 75% of my intake. I feel great everyday! I assumed the fiber was removed too so I would do smoothies to complement that but overall I feel great with this lifestyle.
OMG, I am so glad I found this video. You answered so many of my questions. Yes, I am new to juicing because of medical reasons but I've been wanting to try it out for such a long time. I just needed a kick in the rear to get started. I guess the good Lord showed me the path to your video. Also, thank you for your honesty in your video.
I just told my doctor I bought the Kuvings 830 juicer. I told him Pineapples spiked my blood sugar up. He said eat blueberries. He said juicers takes the fiber on the fruits and vegetables. I told him there’s other vitamins and minerals and fruits and vegetables besides fiber. That was the end of that conversation lol 😅
I’ve always heard that centrifugal blenders aren’t the best? I’ve always heard that slow masticating juicers are the better option because it doesn’t create heat and break down the enzymes 😊
Masticating juicer is 100 per cent better I owned a breville centrifugal juicer I was new to juicing it was just as much juice in container than in the juicer. I bought a kuvings 10 totally different I use less fruits or vegetables now depending on what I'm juicing half of bag of kale half of bag of celery stalks which gives me more for my money. To sum it up I purchased this juicer last year during black Friday saved me 200 dollars right of the bat also much easier to clean than a centrifugal so it was definitely an excellent purchase towards my health compared to a centrifugal juicer
@@lindachampion1273My exact experience. Centrifugal juicers don’t squeeze out all the juice from the fruit. I got the Buchymix slow mastication juicer and my juicing experience has significantly improved. Better quality juice, easy to clean machine. Win : Win
It's so amazing to me how many don't know how fructose from plants (complex) sugar and many other sugar sources (simple). How what soluble and insoluble fiber is and how it works. How fast different sugars break down in the body. What part of the body they go through during processing. If its mixed with sucrose first then turned in to glucose if it bypasses a specific organ or not. Sugars, what they mix with, how they are interacting with other chemicals in the body and processing time is important to know. Let's get things right before we knock juicing because of fiber and sugar. Know how they work and things work together 4 health.
@@queencherie I try to shoot for close to 50 grams, but if you can get at least 30, you're doing awesome. The average American barely gets 15 grams a day, so many folks are fiber deficient.
I’ve gone the juicing route before and it’s amazing. Big juice for lunch/breakfast and protein for dinner it was great for me. Now I’m doing mostly carnivore. All of these things work if you’re disciplined and stay the course
I want to start juicing. I am a type two diabetic. I hear both sides of everybody’s argument and I’ve been told not to drink juice so I don’t but I want to learn more about the benefits of juicing or blending In order to be a little bit more healthier.
@brandonahmaud, I am a first-time viewer of your channel. Thank you for sharing an insightful message on multiple juicing in season. You have enlightened me on specific challenges I must address in my lifestyle changes. Plus, I found your video to be very educational. 💜🥰💕
People who make these kinds of comments just don't understand the real benefit of juicing. Juicing gives you an antioxidant, phytochemical, vitamin, mineral, enzyme concentrate that has many powerful medicinal benefits. It is medicine that can treat many diseases and the effects of aging. For example, you can get the nutrients and medicinal benefits from many kilograms or pounds of raw carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, etc., in one tall glass of raw juice, which has many health benefits, even helping to fight cancer. It is impossible to eat this much raw, or even cooked (which destroys many nutrients) and you would quickly become very bloated from all the fiber. You can pack in the disease fighting nutrients of raw juices all day to heal the body which would be impossible if you tried to eat all that insoluble fiber along with it. You only need some fiber through the other healthy foods you eat. You can do this along with juicing for increased health.
I APPRECIATE YOU AND ALL YOU DO , IGNOE THE CRITICISM, WITH ALL THE TOXIC FOODS ON THE MARKET CLEAN FRUITS AND VEGETABLES DIET IS A BLESSING FROM THE MOST HIGH GOD TEACHING HIS CHILDREN HOW TO LIVE AND HEAL . BE BLESS ❤
Thanks for this video and the point on fiber being removed when juicing. For myself, dealing with digestion issues over the years I tried all types of different things to increase fiber....whether it was natural foods high in fiber or the supplement route and it wasn't until I actually started hydrating my system with fruit juice that I found connection with my bowels. Hydration or lack there of is usually the underlined issue for things not flowing properly in the body. Case and point, just having the water of a coconut with the fiber removed can supplement blood plasma. Again, the power of actual hydration.
The pulp also makes great compost. I throw mine into my vitamix fc-50. Also, if it's carrot/cabbage pulp, it makes an amazing add-in for lumpia and eggroll mix!! You're welcome!
I used to grow a ton of wheatgrass and sprouts. I LOVE the smell of fresh juice. We get better produce in PNW than in California, I’ve been juicing off and on since I was 20, I’m 60 now I’ve been fairly healthy. I can still fit in clothes I wore in jr high. I think juicing and steaming are the bomb! I’ve been teaching people healthier ways of eating better for many years. If the individual has the discipline to realize food can be friend or foe, then make the choice. It doesn’t mean you can’t have ice cream or pizza every now and then. I also love how easy and grease free cleanup is. The too much sugar thing! I’ve had DOCTORS tell me that! You’d swear I just told them I survive on BIG MACS! While my life requires I must be without my kitchen gear at times, I KNOW I feel better when I’m eating and juicing doing MY LIFE MY WAY. My mom said I was strange about food since I was conceived. So be it! Stay blessed, luxuriously hydrated and prosperous! ✨🕊🙏✨
I've been following for a while how much do you normally spend on fruits and vegetables per week to juice and do you ever use the blender to make a smoothie
Juicing has helped me, I drink approximately an 8+10 oz glass of green juice per day or everything other day. My son makes mine and he uses a Kuvig juicer. I really enjoy my juice and yes it definitely helps my digestion system. I take the fiber and I added it to my chicken soup. Delicious
Hello ☮️ thank you for sharing! I’m so happy I found your channel. This is a great video and it’s very helpful. Also I want to check out your blender, you’re right about investing in good blender. Thank you for sharing ☮️💜
Great video. What are your thoughts on smoothies vs juicing? My general concensus is that they both promote eating more fruits and vegetables, whereas most people wouldn't consume that same amount in the whole form.
Smoothies are great. I'd just say watch the amount of heat it makes because of how fast the blades are spinning to make the smoothie. I killed a smoothie literally last week trying to get it smoother. It separated into different layers because of the heat. So when getting a juicer it is always better to get a mastificating juicer, runs slower. Less heat, more juice and it last longer if you want to refrigerate for a day or 2, 3 at the max with a great juicer. The fast running one is called Centrifugal. You can see the juice separation very quick if you have it in clear glass. I strain my smoothie w/reusable coffee filter sometimes if I want to make it into juice. That's if you don't have a juicer yet.
Can also recycle into smoothies- smoothies retains all the fruit & veggies- freeze drying is another gr8 way to use the entire fruit…freeze dried fruit very tasty -.but I digress thanks for sharing
Masha'Allah looks good. Technically practice the same guicing and healthy consumption myself.... Keep doing you, bruh. May Allah make it easy for you, Ameen.
I purchased the exact juicer you have last November the 22nd, and I did not get to use it until February this year; the first time I used it, it was foamy and gritty, I was so disappointed. I sent Kuvings a video showing how terrible my juicer was producing and they said that was how it was supposed to be. I did not get any help from them and I tried again a month later in March and the same thing. I wasted a lot of money on organic fruit and veggies thinking I had the beast of juicers, and the juicer I gave away that I paid $275 for produced better juice. I am so disappointed, even though I got mine with a discount of $200 special, I still paid Kuvings $500 and haven't used it but twice, the juice taste horrible, it is so gritty and they did not help me at all. It is just sitting on my cart and I am trying to see what to do about this; they sent me junk, but I am not sure how to get them to send me another juicer, I do believe mine is a defect. I wish my juice looked like yours, I cannot afford to waste expensive fruits and vegetables... Can you advise ❤
Appreciate the video B. How do you pick non-gmo veggies and fruits from farmer markets? I've seen fruit with the same PLU code that's in the grocery stores.
I thought too much fruit was bad but I heared it cured cancer from few people and I love sugar from natural fruit makes me feel good rather than fake sugar❤
I love juicing. I make a vegetable and fruit juice. I started taking fruit juice to the gym instead of water (which just flushes you ) and it gives me mad energy . Makes my feel great. Healthy positive vibes.
Most people have been eating wrong all their lives! How do you think they will be able to use the leftover fruit and vegetables creatively when they can hardly feed themselves nutritionally. You have to give examples of how you use the scrapes after juicing! Y you have to be detailed as to what recipes you put together to get a result you will make again and again!
My wife was manager at a juice bar, where a number of customers raised concerns regarding the calorie and sugar content of the beverages. It is crucial to acknowledge that natural sugars present in fruits and vegetables differ from processed sugars and are generally deemed healthier. The tendency to circumvent the actual issues or over-analyze situations to an excessive degree can be quite astonishing. (Insanity) 😂😂
Someone mentioned to me when i told them i juiced, I'm missing out on the fiber. If you're losing the fiber which is most likely in the leftover pulp, just make a recipe with the pulp. Idk. We're all learning right.
Tell that person, juicing concentrates all the other nutrients that fight disease, the antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytochemicals etc., which have many medicinal benefits, which you get much less of just trying to eat all that raw fiber. It's impossible to eat many pounds or kilograms of raw vegetables for the medicinal benefits because you get overloaded/bloated with too much fiber, but you can take all these nutrients as raw juices all day long to heal the body and fight many diseases and aging. You only need some fiber from the other healthy foods in your diet. Juicing gives you the ultimate health boosting medicinal drink along with a healthy diet.
Can any fruit be combined for juicing i just blended green grapes with seedless oranges, raspberry and blueberry also some papaya? Or is there fruits i shouldnt mix please let me know id appreciate
O should have just spent the extra $60 and purchased this juicer. I’m already tire of chopping up my ingredients first. My juicer is so cheap I even have to cut carrots up 😅
Well when you’re on the older side then 15 years isn’t bad. I spent about $300 for a juicer but it’s a waste of money for me as I rarely juice. So I sold it. I think one of the main reasons I got it was supposedly it makes coconut cream but I found it doesn’t. Lately been thinking about getting a juicer again but then im like will anything be different from before. Will I juice often? I’ve never did juicing where I had apples celery parsley lemon ginger etc. not sure I’d even be able to stomach it. The other thing is the cleaning of the juicer was super humbug. A lot of work. Though supposedly the Nama is easier to clean. But here’s the main thing who can afford to juice especially as you have to get organic. Every person that uses celery for juicing says to use the whole thing not one piece. That alone is probably $4 then apples etc. way too costly Dont know if all of their models are easy. $4 for a mini watermelon ? Not bad I use to be able to get the small Thai watermelons for $2. No longer , now cheapest is $5.the larger ones cost over $1 a lb organic about $1. 40 a lb. Also most of the watermelons I’ve gotten haven’t been good. Why some ill buy ones cut in half as them I can see how they look. But those ones are more expensive per lb
Awesome video I have a kuving juicer but it's a fast juicer I want the one you have I'm definitely going to invest in that one soon I try to shop at farmers market's when I can I'm in NYC and the prices are insane I try to get what I can in May I wa a dinosted with Diebetes and I'm trying to reverse the numbers since I changed my Diet my AC1 WENT FROM 7.5 TO 5.9 And I'm walking alot too 3 times a week I've benefits from the power of Juicing and I feel great and I'm countering to keep it up keep posting these videos brother they are very helpful to people that want to try and live a healthier lifestyle wishing you all the best 😃👋🙏👍❤💯🥒🥦🍇🍈🍉
I have both the Auto10 & Nama and they do not remove all fiber unless you use a siv or mesh strainer. No it’s not a smoothie and it’s not supposed to be but there is always small, fine pieces of fiber in it. Fresh juice will ALAWYS be batter than any store brought juice which most people drink anyway. If you drink smoothies, freeze the pulp in ice trays and that solves the waste issue.
@ I like my auto 10 better because it doesn’t create as much foam as my Nama. They yield pretty much the same amount but when I juice leafy greens, I get a lot of foam with my Nama.

You are able to do what works for you because I know there's no one-size-fits-all idea, but I'll continue to advocate for juicing vegetables and eating the fruit based on my knowledge and understanding.
@@ptcpowerup1350 Dang youtube deleted my response to you. I'm not going to type out the paragraphs again, but I will just say I don't share your ideas. There is no one-size-fits-all button so maybe you're different than countless other people, sure, but I will continue to advocate juicing vegetables and eating fruit based on my research, knowledge and undertanding.
@@ptcpowerup1350 btw, fructose IS fruit sugar, Lol.
For me and my body, I totally agree: juice veggies, eat fruit. 👍🏽
Love brother - honored to see you grow on your journey
Glad I came across this video, I got a lot of useful information from it! Also, after watching you juice a watermelon with the rine I definitely need that juicer!
thank you, Brandon Ahmaud, you speak facts!
I appreciate you for the information that you gave all of us. I just bought a Nama cold press juicer and love it. It is expensive but, it's totally worth every dollar spent.
I was having constipation issues do to all the process food that I was consuming, but ever since I started the juicing, I feel one hundred percent better! Agan thanks man, and keep up the videos
Also, I’ve made raw and cooked burgers with the pulp. Find a recipe if you’re raw or vegan and twirk it to your taste.
i think you meant twerk
Also, thank you for your honesty in your video.
love my Kuvings Auto 10. made Prince Juice today....Red Cabbage, Red Beets, Red Apple Carrots Celery ginger cucumber lemon
These are the same people that buy fruit juice from the store with added sugar 😂🙌🏾 keep doing your thing brother great advice and knowledge
Thanks for the advice given, especially that juicing actually helps to maintain regular bowel movements. Very much appreciated 🇬🇧🇯🇲

An open on honest video about juicing. Thanks for doing it for us!
I’ve always heard that centrifugal blenders aren’t the best? I’ve always heard that slow masticating juicers are the better option because it doesn’t create heat and break down the enzymes 😊
Heard the same thing
Who told you that; a masticating juicer salesperson?🤔 Consider the source🤷🏾♂...lol j/k
It's true❤
Where do I go to learn these things?
Man juicing keeps me regular and it is so good
That sounds like good music to my ears
Im always experiencing constipation 😢 I'm hoping this will fix that
I drink juice daily and i eat fiber daily. I love my life ❤
Right it's that simple. Folk act like those who juice don't eat other sources of fiber.
Goodness, some chia seeds can be thrown in
how much fiber in grams should we aim to eat daily? I feel what's listed on Google is too low lol
@@queencherie I try to shoot for close to 50 grams, but if you can get at least 30, you're doing awesome. The average American barely gets 15 grams a day, so many folks are fiber deficient.
@@quietstormaps that’s the number I was thinking! are you plant based as well? I’m still working on cutting the meat out.
@@queencherie Yes! I am a raw vegan and I eat lots of fruits and veggies, so I gets my fiber in even though I drink juice daily. Wish you the best ❤
I’ve gone the juicing route before and it’s amazing. Big juice for lunch/breakfast and protein for dinner it was great for me. Now I’m doing mostly carnivore. All of these things work if you’re disciplined and stay the course
U delivered so greatly I had to subscribe 🤣
Same! lol 🔥
Loved this! Muscadine grapes are my favoriteeeee
I want to start juicing. I am a type two diabetic. I hear both sides of everybody’s argument and I’ve been told not to drink juice so I don’t but I want to learn more about the benefits of juicing or blending In order to be a little bit more healthier.
Grand Afternoon my brethren. 😘❤️✊🏾🙏🏾 Appreciate you breaking this down 🙏🏾
Rich rising. 💚 you're most welcome ✨️
Going on my juice fast after my birthday Sunday 💯💯. Peace peace ✌️
I hope your fast went well and gave you the results you wanted ❤
@brandonahmaud, I am a first-time viewer of your channel. Thank you for sharing an insightful message on multiple juicing in season. You have enlightened me on specific challenges I must address in my lifestyle changes. Plus, I found your video to be very educational. 💜🥰💕
Great video and u spoke it all very clear, plus u cover all the bases. 😎
Juicing should only replace the store bought fruit and vegetables drinks.
For people that skip breakfast, it’s good as well.
I APPRECIATE YOU AND ALL YOU DO , IGNOE THE CRITICISM,

Facts. I appreciate that 💯
Thanks for this video and the point on fiber being removed when juicing.
New to your channel. I have been juicing for about a year on and off. You’ve answered to of my questions that I had. Thank you
Keep the videos coming 👑

Informative video bro 💯
The pulp also makes great compost. I throw mine into my vitamix fc-50.
Also, if it's carrot/cabbage pulp, it makes an amazing add-in for lumpia and eggroll mix!! You're welcome!
I have to water my juicing down. It does taste sweet with fruit. I also toss it in the blender with ice and make a slushy.
Smart
I also do that
I used to grow a ton of wheatgrass and sprouts.

Delicious
Thanks for all the info. Just starting my juicing journey. Love the juicer, out of budget at the moment.
Hah, I'm drinking pineapple/watermelon from my Nama while learning from you. Keep it up Brandon
Great info! ✨ thank you for taking the time to make this into 👌❤💫

Yep.The "faber" is still edible.
Thought it was just me😩😂🫶🏾❤️

Your thought on pure juicer.
Thanks for the video. ❤
It looks like an amazing juicer. My only concern is how long it could take to set up and clean.
Yellow and orange watermelon is most definitely better than red regardless if it has seeds. Seeded red watermelon is great as well.
Thank you. New to juicing and new Subscriber 🎉
Excellent breakdown bro well said
Appreciate that
Muscadines grow wild in my neck of the woods and make the BEST wine
Can you make a video on the content, on how you use it as baking Goods
Noticed you juiced the skin of the watermelon. What is the benefit?
Will I still get the soluble fiber if I strain my juice after juicing ?
You have done so well to clear my doubts. Thank you
Appreciate the video B.
Greens heal cancer!

Juicing fresh fruits and vegetables are the most healthiest way of healing the body temple.
Brilliant break down My Brother Make it Make Sense🫶🏾Thank You
That juicer is bad azz i gotta get me one
Great information ❤
Great content 😊
Can any fruit be combined for juicing i just blended green grapes with seedless oranges, raspberry and blueberry also some papaya?
Or is there fruits i shouldnt mix please let me know id appreciate
O should have just spent the extra $60 and purchased this juicer. I’m already tire of chopping up my ingredients first. My juicer is so cheap I even have to cut carrots up 😅
Thank you for this information
Which machine do you like the best and why? Thank you!
@ I like my auto 10 better because it doesn’t create as much foam as my Nama. They yield pretty much the same amount but when I juice leafy greens, I get a lot of foam with my Nama.
Is it okay to include big watermelon skin as well? does it need to be organic?
Thank You so much ❤🎉
Great video thankyou ❤
