    Thank you - so glad to have found your channel. Following your verbal cues feel just like being at my studio's Feldenkrais class before the pandemic. Is there any lesson that targets muscle amnesia in the tibialis anterior or posterior? For people who tend to get shin pain, plantar fasciitis, or other leg imbalance.

    Do you have a way of reducing tension in the arms? Is there a lesson on this?
    When I am stressed I seem to get spasm in my biceps and I don't know how to ease it. Thank you!
