    I grew up doing all of these and I’m sure a lot of people have.
    Refining the way we do things to see if we get better results isn’t a bad thing.
    Haircare like anything in beauty is never one size fits all. If you do the opposite of this and get the best results that’s great!
    However if you are noticing something off with your routine, maybe more shedding, or maybe you’re new to oiling, maybe these tips will help you ❤️
    Okie love you ❤️

      Hii!! Definitely do some gentle massage throughout the week with a scalp brush, or a bamboo brush, scalp Gua sha, or just your hands.
      A scalp serum and a hair supplement may also help to speed things up as well.
      Spraying Rosemary water is also a option aside from oiling.

Leave your oil in for days. Your hair will love it. Concentrate on your ends. Protective styles are your friend. Minimal heat is a must, and a silk or satin pillow, scarf, scrunchy or bonnet is a must. ❤

      I’m an Afro haired girlie except I’m high porosity! my hair is at my belly button, so I think that’s waist length but im not sure what is waist length. Anyways, coconut oil for high porosity hair is really really good. To maximize the benefits of coconut oil, use it as a prepoo before you get in the shower and let it absorb for a minimum of half an hour to prevent hydral fatigue so your hair doesn’t break from the swelling due to water. Coconut oil has become my holy grail for that reason. Just passing this in case anyone else sees this comment and is high porosity. If you’re low porosity, you might not like coconut oil.

    Hi ! As a hairstylist I agree with all you say this is a great routine to do on dryer hair and curly hair which naturally are dryer. I’d just add that oiling your length does not actually make your fibre more fragile while they are saturated with it (water would, but not oils) although not tying your hair too tight is always a good idea ! ❤️

    The hair fall control and hair regrowth serum by littleeextra reactivate has performed so well for my hair growth. Its sleek bottle and dispenser spray bottle make use easy. After applying it for a few weeks, I've noticed a significant decrease in hair fall and damage. My hair becomes more stonger and looks better overall. I've even noticed some new growth in areas where my hair was thinning.

    Watching hair care videos really makes me wish I could grow out my own hair one day 🥺 just to feel the weight of my hair hanging from my head, to feel a brush or comb go through it and catch a knot, getting a hair band stuck in my hair to the point I just have to cut it out, finding the right kind of products and routine, having good and bad hair days, seriously contemplating what hair cut I should get and then instantly regretting it but then growing to love it. Lol I know I'd absolutely destroy my hair with bleach and dye omg I love colored hair. I wonder what texture my hair would be...I know curly but how curly? And would my hair be dark brow or black. Breing so short it looks black but it looked more brown in old photos when it was longer. I wonder would I quickly get tired of all the effort it takes to maintain healthy hair and chop it off or love all the care it takes? I really hope one day I can find out because trichotillomania sucks dookie

    Can you perhaps recommend products that are designed for different hair/ethic types accordingly.
    The Melilla oil is formulated towards coarse very dry Afro type hair so it’s most likely heavier, do you have recommendations that are more appropriate for other women/ hair types.

    Step 1. Warm coconut hair oil (or whatever suits you) + castor oil, apply it and leave it overnight (or at least 1 hour) for it to work.
    Step 2: Wash it off.
    Step 3: Apply conditioner of your choice to the roots of your hair. (Optional)
    Note: If you suffer from dandruff, apply lemon juice on your scalp at least once a week and wash it off after an hour or so. Can apply it before shampooing as well.

    Outcomes take time, but they heavily rely on your what you eat and hair care routine. Start your day with soaked almonds, white eggs, pomegranate, carrots, and fish. Keep hydrated with ample water and aim for 8 hours of sleep. Use coconiioon shampoo to wash your hair and apply liittleexttra reactivate hair serum daily. Follow this routine for a minimum of 80 to 90 days, and you'll see reduced hair fall and more hair growth.

      @lightscameratamara does castor oil work?

    • @lightscameratamara
      @lightscameratamara 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@eili11 Not sure on that. I never really got into using that oil. Did only a couple times. It’s so thick and hard to get out of hair. It’s also a color that will actually color your hair if it’s light. Amber colored oils will discolor light hair. I actually used Moroccan oil to tone down my more ashy hair to a more beige. Fair soaks up the oils so only use amber color oils if you have dark hair
