Here, Sri Guru demonstrates a simple four-step technique called the PCIH (Pause. Calm. Induce. Heal.) to cultivate a sense of calm in any troubling situation. It is an effective way to escape the loop of overthinking and still the mind so as to take better control of the Self as well as the situation. Q. What is PCIH technique?
It is four step technique.
P = take a pause
C = calm down. See your breath
I = when ever you are calm. Induce new thought. This will lead you to the path of Budhdha. The eight fold path of Budhdha.
induce yourself with sheel (virtues), pragya ( wisdom) , samadhi ( mindfulness)
H = heal
Eight fold path of budhdha -
Virtues ( शील )
a.Right speech
b.Right action
c.Right livelihood
Dhyan ( mindfulness)
a.Right efforts
b.Right mindfulness
c. Right concentration
Wisdom -( प्रज्ञा)
a. Right view point
b. Right Thinking
Budhdha is not saying positive Thinking. He is saying Right Thinking.
