This accelerates floods, dryness, forest fires, droughts, and deserts.
Several military countries around the world also use weather weapons to create disasters in enemy countries and cause climate change.
Man - made weather weapons and Man - made disaster weapons are violations of international military law.
Countries that use them should be subject to sanctions, compensation, and strict monitoring.
World should green the desert and increase forests to make it rain naturally.

If rain is "artificially" produced and esp for agricultural purposes then wouldn't the toxicity still be present in whatever is being produced in those agriculture fields? Would that not be harmful for human consumption?

Microbiome in the soil is extremely important and often totally forgotten. When soil goes under drought, the micro-organisms, worms and fungie are under threat and starts dying. If drought continues long enough, most of the soil organisms die. Along this route, the captured carbon leaks out from the soil. After these events it takes time to get the biome working again.
Also if soil is flooded, then bacteria can often change their chemistry, so they will produce more methane instead of carbondiokside. (basic chemistry: 2C + 2O2 = 2CO2, but 2C + 2H2O = CO2 + CH4 (methane), 50% methane instead of CO2.)
Most often we get only notice about what happens above the ground, but also top soil (first meter or so) is extremely important too.

Same here in western Canada. They seed clouds out of comox on Vancouver Island and we've had severe flooding and fires as well as the Arbutus trees dying from what looks like drought, which doesn't make alot of sense in a rainforest climate. Metals in the water build up in the trees causing them to basically choke to death turning them a burnt orange color. The more you know...
