BIG NEWS! Skylum has just launched a summer sale where you can save a massive 81% off Luminar Neo here bit.ly/NeoSale But the cool thing is in addition to that they've given me a coupon code to share with you so you get to save ANOTHER 20% (use code AFF-T5C1C0 ) I really hope that helps you out! One MAJOR thing I didn't cover (a little pressed for time sorry) is that it also supports HDR panoramas. Kind of a big deal so I'm sorry that's not been covered here. I'll be back with a follow up video that shows that in action too. 😀👍

20th July and the panoramic addtion I have just downloaded which took seconds. I have imported 15 images form LRc which I have previously edited. Within NEO I selected all and slid over to the panorama module - some 149 MB worth. seconds and it produced a panoramic perfectly. I then exported twice back to LRc - 1st with max sharpen and 2nd with no sharpening. Best was with no sharpening as might be expected since LRc editing prior to import to NEO. This is the main reason for my purchase - to aid in pano's. I must admit now I use NEO as a plug in for LRc and very benificial. Thank you very much for your intro to NEO and your channel = most helpful.

As of today, June 10, 2024 this is the BEST Panorama stitching technique I've ever seen. This is because you demonstrate how to adjust the RAW files to my heart's content first. Then export them as TIFF files BEFORE stitching them in Luminar Neo to get the best result. The only thing missing is you don't mention if this video is sponsored or not. What is the workflow to export a group of photos that need to be pano-stitched from Apple Photos into Luminar Neo. I use Neo with Photos but I have to individually ‘edit’ in Photos and then open Neo for that single file. Closing Neo automatically transfers the Neo-edited file back into the Apple Photos Edit window which itself can be closed to save back into the library.

I'ver found that Neo is a very slow program compared to other programs.

It's because there's a lot of AI going on under the hood so it's quite computationally intense.

Nice! But let's hope the Luminar team makes it possible to export the stitched result as raw in their final release! Unless they do, I actually won't be buying the extension.

The current best deal for Luminar Neo can be found here bit.ly/Luminar-NEO. You can try code ATNEO10 for an additional discount.

I will stitch it elsewhere then edit. Tired of the subscription or A-la-carte treatment. Beginning to sound like a Lightroom/ photoshop deal.

Ok, so I decided to purchase this extension. Absolutely disappointed. It takes way to long from start to finish. The end result is not as good as the other software I have been using.

Interesting. I find it really quick to do the stitches. It out performed lightroom on my machine. What's your computer set-up?

Hi Norman, Cheers for reaching out. I didn't see it. I have pretty tight filter controls on my messenger - so unless you're my Great Uncle Norm, there's a good chance your message has been auto-binned (I get so much spam and requests for help I gotta have a good gatekeeper). It's usually best to keep questions here on youtube comments so everyone can learn together. 😀 Perhaps copy/paste below?
