Great to see your ride in Devon I live on the south west side of Dartmoor so I could not place where you were riding as I ride over Dartmoor for most of my rides on the Princetown side of the moor. Not much flat on this side of the moor or the South Hams between the moor and the sea. Nice to see Russ I have only ever seen him racing in Crits on TV. Tell your man there never to ride with a low seat like he did if you damage your knee like that you may always have a problem. Easy way to get seat height roughly right so you don't do that is sitting on seat with straight leg with flat (not the cleat ) of shoe on the pedal in a relaxed way that is no bend but relaxed leg// adjust saddle height to get this then when you clip in the cleat will give the height for slight knee bend. Hope this helps some people out there not knowing how to get the right seat height .

Hey Kyle go to the doctors and get them to scan your knee. Before you do some serious damage to it. I’ve hade two operations on my right foot and it totally sucks.

One thing Amy you really need a lot of protein on these long rides... you need more meat, there is no better way to get protein into those muscles, and protein builds and repairs muscles 😃

I can’t imagine doing 200k… but then again I live in a very hilly area, ride a gravel bike, and have I increased from max 50-60km to easily 80-120km in the last month or so, maybe next month…
I believe Kyle’s cleats on his shoes are a bit outta placement, if not that the Q-factor might a bit out. Might be time to see the bike fitters again

Told ya Kyle, the bikes the wrong size for you with geometry that just doesn't work for you. Plus I bet you've got either a 172.5 or a 170 crank length on there. Yet Amy is riding a 165 as advised and specced by Pinnerello. Just shows they know nothing!
