    Prepare the night before...
    -Mix well (The water temperature should be room temperature, 23℃)
    ・Knead well (5 minutes kneading time)
    ・After kneading, immediately divide into 4 pieces (105g x 4 pieces) → Immediately roll → Immediately shape (10cm x 20cm rectangle → Add ingredients if you want → Roll from the bottom. Plain is also recommended)◎Immediately means that you don't have to rest the dough. There's no need to rush. Take your time‼︎
    ・Put in the fridge, being careful not to let it dry out (10 to 18 hours is recommended, I've tried it)
    After waking up...
    ・Take the dough out of the fridge
    ・Preheat the oven and prepare boiling water←It takes about 10 minutes to preheat my oven. [Make sure to start boiling after the oven is preheated]
    ◎About boiling water... Bring plenty of water to a boil and add sugar → Reduce heat to very low and then boil (After making sure the oven is preheated, boil for 1 minute on both sides. If the heat is too high or you boil it for too long, the dough will become soggy and you won't be able to pick it up with chopsticks, so scoop it up with a wire rack. Undercooking is more likely to produce a successful appearance than overcooking.)
