i'm from Denmark and in the preschool i went to, my last year there we saw Land Before Time there(brought by 1 of my preschool mates after an agreement with a teacher from there) after that we had to draw something from itthen our drawings got hung in the wardrobe. i don't know if the drawings are still there, but likely they all got removed when we all, from then, were done with the preschool
@@teachpre-k101 i'm not sure that's even legal. OF course we as perschool kids couldn't read back then so we had no idea, though i know it's very normal at least here in Denmark to show movies, both in school and preschool even if they aren't made for education
I send all the important forms and information to the parents before "Meet the Teacher". I make everything very easy on the first few days and send them nothing so that they can take care of their child. During the first week we have a "Bak to school Night" Where I meet with the parents and give them a flip book with all the information they need for the year. I hope that helps!
So helpful! It had not even crossed my mind to create a more engaging meet the teacher. Thank you for sharing your experienced tips!
Glad it was helpful!

What do you take with the parents on the first day?
