Can u pl upload a mousse recipe with gelatin.....May be a lemon/ blueberry mousse.....If possible? Also a mousse having both cream cheese n gelatin......Would be very helpful.... The loads of mousse recipes r mainly from US/Korea/Europe. N they use gelatin sheets, which is not easily available in india.

you need to beat till you get stiff peak, this means when you turn your bowl upside down the cream shouldn't wall on ground. Also the cream that you whip should be chilled.

Shivesh, my whipping creams tends to reach the peak session but becomes very soft.. any idea why?
you should whip till you get stiff peaks. If you wish to use it later, cling wrap and keep in refrigerator.
