      The measurement of the baking pan is in the video ma'am. I think it is 13"x9" but please watch it again to be sure. Thank you!

    Hi Chef Rose, questions, please :
    1) do we need to grease the aluminum foil before layering?
    2) what's the oven temp & time to bake this?
    3) if not refrigerated, how long will this last before they spoil?
    4) best way to freeze & unfreeze this?

      You can grease the aluminum foil but there is no need to.
      350F for about 45 - 55 minutes.
      It will keep for a week at room temperature.
      To freeze. Wrap well in foil and then in plastic. To unfreeze, remove from freezer without removing the wrapping until it reaches room temperature.

      I am sorry but I have not tried using a microwave for this so I can't give you an answer. But theoretically, I don't think it will work.

    I tried this but the chocolate layer in revel bar is too wet, it did not set. I used jerusey condensed milk and sevona dark chocolate

      Give the chocolate time to get to room temperature so it will set. Also Jersey is a bit too runny.

      No, you can't use all purpose cream instead of condensed milk. It does not have the same function. Also, condensed milk is one of the main ingredients of Revel Bars. Yes, you can use rolled oats instead of quick cooking oats. Thank you for watching!

    Hi chef rose new follower nyo po... Nag try na po ako nung mga bars recipe nyo and maganda at masarap po outcome. Thank you po. Ask ko lng po pwede din po ba na iadvance ung preparation ng mga bars recipe paramg kagaya sa cookies then ibake n lng pag kailangan n. Sana po masagot ninyo. Salamat po

      Yes. Pwede mo prepare ahead of time. Ref mo overnight or freeze 2 weeks. Thaw mo lang before baking otherwise matagal siya maluto pang galing sa freezer. Sayang ang gas at masusunog ang chocolate. I would suggest ang crust lang ang e prepare mo ahead and freeze. Yung filling and topping on the day you bake na kasi mabilis lang yon.       Use only bottom heat.

      Same temperature and baking time. Just check it once in a while. Hindi naman siya delikado so pwede mo buksan ang oven and e check.

      Not necessary but it makes it easier to cut the bars. I just cooled mine at room temperature overnight.
