bubbles are both stress relief and good a diffusing arguments. very essential.
On the note of keys on the internet: also never show prescription medication bottles! I work in a pharmacy and I can tell you right now, prescription bottles are everything. With one, someone could have access to all of your basic info, plus your medical history, insurance, and even social security. So make sure they're being disposed of properly! Ask your local pharmacy if they can dispose of it for you, or at least peel the labels off and shred them yourself.

Got accepted into college last month and I wrote almost everything down. Hopefully now, I can keep my backpack organized and light for when I’m riding by bike across campus!
Since you mentioned you get wrist pain easily, I highly highly recommend using larger pens. Or at the very least, very chunky pencil grips. Muji pens I find are an absolute nightmare for the wrist because they don't have anything ergonomic built in. Personally, even when I use just a .5, the rate at which my wrist starts hurting is exponentially faster than a .7. And I'm not very prone to wrist pain.
