Hi Leslie! This bread looks super easy! Thanks for telling us about it because I have a son who wants to eat gluten-free things. I’m excited to try to make it. I didn’t know you had a channel, and so I just subscribed. Very excited to look at your other things on here, including your Square Foot Gardening. I thank God for you.
did you grease your pan? why do you add sugar? Paul and I are trying to stay away from sugar. Thanks for posting. It surely is easier to make than regular bread.
Yes I did grease the pan. If you watching the video I sprayed the pan just before I sprayed my hands. There needs to be a little sugar in the dough to feed the yeast. If you're more comfortable with honey that would work as well and you could use a little less. I have not tried blending dates in the water so I don't know if that would be enough to feed the yeast. Thank you for watching and commenting.
I have not tried that and it would make it more cakey than bread like but I would start with two teaspoons of baking powder and a half a teaspoon of baking soda. Let me know how that works for you please.
A very delicious GF bread! Thank you
Thanks for this loaf of bread recipe! It is more nutritious than most. I would like to try it but need to get the millet and the psyllium first
Hope you enjoy

Do you have a good source for the whole millet besides Amazon?
I was wondering if you would know how much baking soda and baking powder or something else to you instead of yeast I can't eat yeast?
