the last one works for me: check if the site works using mobile hotspot and if it does, unplug the router, wait for a minute then plug it again. I also unplugged and plugged back in the adapters connected to the routers ... it works like magic. but I already wasted like 7hrs following all the suggestions on other videos by others before I found yours. so thank you so much!!

Try Repairing Windows
Search cmd then run as admin and execute the following 3 commands one by one-
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Restart.
Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan
sfc /scannow
Restart.
Windows Updates-
Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
I do this, clear the history restore deafults then restart the compuer, it works, then 1 hour later it does the same shit again????? so dont know????? Please advise!
