If they had money to buy scissors marked Germany they wouldn't produce these scissors at all. They need to be cheaper than Germany. Plenty of workers. No productivity. No work safety. No insurance. Simple operations. Cheap and endless working power without education. They're not idiots, they're capitalists as you. Just read Karl Marx, he was a german too, btw.

Why have a parts bin when you can just drop them on the ground and have someone whose job it is to pick sharp metal parts out of the dirt? Labour is cheap.

Worst part is you can get a pack of 5 at the store for 3 bucks, or a whole manicure kit or small sewing kit for a dollar at the dollar store.

These do not appear to be surgical scissors. They look more like the cheap scissors that come packaged in suture removal kit intended for single use and then disposal. Surgical grade stainless steel instruments are precision made of 316L stainless steel and scissor blades have a harder steel forge welded insert that can be repeatedly sharpened.
I think these are more of the 416 (appliance grade) variety…

интересно посмотреть на изготовление медицинских шприцов. там , думаю, реальный п#здец будет.
Думаю нет у них технологии протяжки нержавеющих труб в толщину иголки. Ножницы всё-таки попроще будут конструкцией. Хотя если речь о шприце без иголки то там проблем нет термопластавтомат он и в Африке термопластавтомат.

They have a special apparatus in the hospitals where metal devices are cleaned and sterilized.
Autoclave.
This isn't surgical stuff. Nobody would risk it with a hand-sharpened pair of scissors.

They have very strict child labour laws. The child must be at least 2 years old.
I can tell the difference between a Pakistani & German instrument just holding it. It’s in the quality of the steel and craftsmanship. German is superior.
I love how they have all these turning wheels yet wear loose clothing.
Western union sand their over the top demands result in everything being manufactured like this.
how deeply depressing to see people used as machines with barely more function than the machines they employ
1. No one in the world sells stainless steel in a square flat anything like these.
2. These are actually junk steel flats that recyclers sell. The shape tells the contents - this shape is 'junk' assorted low-grade recycled metal
3. Stainless steel does not turn red/orange when cooled, it turns a flat, ugly, almost sandy gray with a rough-looking heavy grain.
4. Stainless steel is not flexible even in thin sheets like used here, it is very stiff and rigid
5. When heat treated, stainless steel does not turn black.
6. Stainless steel would need A LOT MORE FORCE to stamp out, even hot, and these blanks clearly are cool enough to handle because they are handling them bare handed.
7. Lastly, stainless steels do not throw sparks when sanded, only carbon-mixed steels and irons spark when sanded, like junk metal mixtures. It takes a heavy grinder to make sparks off stainless steels, and that grinder has to be stone/diamond.
These thieves are selling fake stainless steel surgical instruments.
Sadly I have had to work with some of these cr*p surgical tools. Horrible things.
Hopefully your and my surgeons have access to better equipment.
