- In this video, I will help you fix a Toshiba computer with any Blue Screen Errors, also known as the Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD). A similar error is 'Preparing Automatic Repair' and similar errors that prevent Windows from booting up properly. FAQ's:
Q: I cant change between UEFI and Legacy or changing between them didn't help.
A: If changing between UEFI and Legacy didn't help or you could not make that change, move on and continue with the rest of the video. What was the result of the Toshiba diagnostic scan?
Q: What if none of the BIOS fixes worked and the diagnostic test shows my HDD to be healthy or I cannot run the test?
A: If none of the BIOS fixes worked for you or if you could not try them, and if the Diagnostic Test showed your HDD to be healthy or you could not run the diagnostic test, then you would move on and try a new install of your operating system as seen here in these videos;

If the install is successful, then you know the HDD is good and you have fixed the issue. If the install fails, the HDD is most likely bad and needs to be replaced.

Hey Jamin! I need your help!!! I have an HP Laptop 10th Gen Intel Core i3. The screen does not turn on but when I plug it to the charger the little light turns on and the fans sometimes turn on as well. The battery isn't easily accessible so what should I do? PLEASE HELP

I once had this problem when my laptop got stuck in the diagnostic and repair loop. I tried to fix it through bios, but nothing worked. The only way that worked for me to fix my laptop is to access safe mode, back up my data to an external drive then reinstall windows (i was able to reinstall windows without losing an of my data but some other programs like Chrome Microsoft office were Uninstalled)

I have a big problem with my laptop. I am trying to restart it and delete all files, but it suddenly turns off. I don't know if it's because of low battery, but when I am trying to open it, it always loops like off,on, off. I don't have a disk so I can't reinstall Windows.

Hello sir, need some help, I'm stuck on blue screen error and gives me error code 0x0000185.... I'm using aspire 3 a315-51-515L windows 10... What could be the issue of this? really dont know how to fixed it.
1. Are you able to access BIOS and try the Legacy / UEFI steps seen here? Are you able to find any Recovery or Repair options in BIOS?

@@PC_Monkey It's Toshiba Satellite. I forgot the exact model of it. I was just opening MS Word then it went BSOD. That was all. It goes to Preparing Auto repair then goes to Diagnosis then it goes to the blue screen with options to restart or go to the advance option. The first time it went BSOD, I tried your method and it worked but this time it's not working. 😞

Are you trying to install Win10 onto a computer with an earlier version of Windows or trying to install Win10 onto a computer that already has Win10 on it?

@PC_Monkey is an acar spin. It was running g very sluggish, slow, and took forever to boot up. I tried windows repair and after none of what I tried work I downloaded a program (don't ask me which) to clean unnecessary junk. I manually deleted stuff. That was it.
@@nestortamburi4858 If you cannot find how to switch the setting in BIOS or if switching did not help, can you find any Recovery or Repair options in BIOS? If not, or if that does not help, then try reinstall the Operating System;

If the install fails, then perhaps the HDD is bad. I would then replace it and try to install to the new one. Let me know if you would like help with any of that :)
