XG is a 7 Member Japanese Girl Group based out of Seoul, Korea & trained using the K-pop system. However, they are referred to as X-Pop since they mainly sing in English but are tri-lingual & are aiming to take over the world, not just Asia. They trained for 5 yrs before debuting 2 yrs ago & aged between 18-22yo. They sing in a variety of genres from Pop, R&B to Rap w 3 vocalist & 4 Rappers but everyone is talented enough to sing anything. I always try to suggest ppl to start from the beginning of their discography to watch their progression, but many ppl start w their latest song & move backward. They also have a Documentary called 'XTRA XTRA' that shows their training, which I highly recommend. Along w title tracks they also have dance videos called Move & Tapes where sub-units will typically rap or sing in a mixture of languages. Many ppl believe they have no bad songs but you'll need to be the judge of that. Their fan base is referred to as Alphaz, which goes along w their lore of being traveling Space Wolves conquering the Galaxy, one Planet at a time. However, in this mv it looks like they've now revealed their 'true selves' which appear like Alien Mermaid Marine Fairies. If all that seems a bit confusing, join the club & Welcome to the rabbit hole, Alice. *btw: the mv was already out when you filmed this, so it's kinda funny listening to you talk about how short it was, cuz you could've just watched both.

XG is currently on their 1st World Tour (The First Howl). This is why they sing/rap in English even though they could sing/rap in Korean or Japanese. They speak all 3 languages. Fandom is called ALPHAZ because the leader of a pack of wolves is called the Alpha. They have a Wolves/Alien concept.
