by far the best version after the original.. two very distinctive voices. Absolutely necessary to display the difference of character and voices... one soprano and one equally strong mezzo...bravo

I used to listen a lots from Elaine Paige and Barbara Dickson. And most of the time sing it solo because Barbara only appeared and they both sang as a duet once again not long ago. I believe in order to sing this song, the singers would require emotional maturity and life experience of the past to do this. The two ladies have those qualities, apart from their beautiful rich vocals. The original orchestra is also amazing, this is here the contemporary version but without losing its original integrity. This is exactly I am looking for.

Wow, Svetlana KILLS it here!! Florence was good, but it's a little too brassy/"by-the-books"/passionless for me. Svetalana brought her own feeling and emotion to it. They're both amazing singers, but whoever is singing Svetlana here just kills it. It's the difference between someone just singing the words (e.g., whoever is singing Florence here) versus someone singing the emotion (e.g, whoever is singing Svetlana here). So good.

I have to disagree. They both have the abilities to capture the content of the original story and they both have lots of chemistry, sense of grieve between two ladies and enemy if you remember of the original show from Act II. I was impressed by their angelic vocal and by far the beautiful version besides the Elaine Paige and Barbara Dickson 1984 version

Haha! That was me. We're acting as chess reporters. I didn't mean (and certainly didn't want) to occupy the spotlight. I didn't realize it turned out this way until I saw the video myself. If somebody would have told me, I would have taken a step aside. Personally, I find this very amusing, if for the wrong reasons.
