If you have an earlier model you have to work with some cable manufacturer. In Poland it is quite common service. Just take some electric wire or non-stretchy string and measure what you need and they will produce for you. I will have 65-66 cable in my offer little later. Have to install it and order to my offer. Simply nonany 65-66 come to the shop for installation yet
