No definietly switch it up. This session is actually an adaptation of a program I wrote for a 1-on-1 client. It follows the condensed conjugate method with a wave-loading format week to week and changes out the maximum effort and dynamic effort exercises to spread across my "primary movement patterns". All that is to say that the primary exercises switch out each week and the secondary exercises change each "phase" (every 4 weeks).
