As one comment mentioned, the fuser roller is "folded"(?) This is the exact problem I'm having. I cannot for the life of me find an official disassembly guide to the fuser unit, so I don't know how to change it. I also don't know what kind of fuser roller is in it, so I don't know which replacement part to order. Do you have any resources you can point me towards? I am confident that I can disassemble the unit without problem, but I just genuinely don't know how I would get the exact fuser roller I need.
I disassembled the fser unit today, but I didn't record a video because it is simple. Disassemble the back cover, then remove the black ruvhome plastics. On the left side, remove one screw and remove the small black piece, the white element may fall out, so don't lose it. Unplug the fuser power cable on the left and then remove the two screws under the fuser, but do not remove the fuser. After removing the screw on the right, the small black plastic will fall off and you will see two thermistor plugs, so disconnect them. Now take out the fuser unit.

thank you very much, now i know how to fight half the battle, just have to figure out what's causing all the gear noise that started suddenly with the paper jams which happen right at the fuser but not around the roller.......
I wonder if the fuser unit of this hl-l5100 fit and compatible with hl-6180dw printer. Seems very similar in size and shape. Ah, and it'll be much easier if you disassemble the roller.
Nice video my dear friend. God bless you.
@CrishianDuque I'm glad you're with us.
Witam, mam pytanko co może być powodem zacinania papieru wewnątrz drukarki z tyłu lub na wyjściu i gdy z kartki robi się harmonijka?
Myślę, że zużyte separatory lub uszkodzony wałek grzejny.

what type of solution did you use in the cleaning
The safest liquid is isopropyl alcohol, but a liquid called Novogum Extra cleans the rollers very well.
打印机也能修?GOOD JOB!
Thank You!

It is necessary to disassemble it and check it.
maybe just factory reset once

All Brother fusers are very similar, but don't count on them to fit and work.
lower fuser roller is folded. You need to to change it!
You're right, it turned out that the problem returned soon because the shaft was damaged.
